Overall: A quiet retreat on the Las Vegas Strip with good potential, but some key areas of hotel management need improvement to justify the price. Positives: A peaceful atmosphere: This hotel is notably quieter than most on the Strip, offering a more relaxed experience. High-quality amenities: The restaurants and bars are above average, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Modern rooms: The recently renovated rooms were a definite highlight. Negatives: Doesn't meet Virgin Hotel standards: This property doesn't live up to the high standards of other Virgin Hotels around the world. Poor pool management: Closing the adult pool and bar areas on a busy Saturday during summer, especially for 21+ guests paying a daily $50 resort fee, is unacceptable. The lack of enough lifeguards was quoted as the reason. Final Thoughts: For the price, the stay was decent, but the hotel and casino have a lot of potential to be great. Addressing the management issues, particularly with the pool areas, would make a huge difference.

definitely coming back

everything was amazing - the casino did not stink, every bathroom we used was immaculate, the pool was gorgeous, clean, and calming (rare in vegas!). all the staff was happy and helpful. parking was relatively easy and traccif in the immediate vicinity was nil. and our room was fantastic - decor was modern but inviting, furnishings were all very comfortable and clean, lighting was perfect and adjustable, AC worked great and not too loud, plenty of closet space and vanity space. if there were anything to whine about, I would hvae loved a fridge in the room that wasn't just a minibar but that's so minor and only if I HAD to find something "wrong" with our stay. it really was lovely, thank you virgin.

Great resort and casino!

Excellent room and food options, but water is unecessarily expensive but overall great choice to stay! There is a CVS across the street.

We checked in at 1am after having supposed to have been there the day prior and our room was filthy dirty from prior guests. Horrible customer service after and we offered a downgraded room with only one resort fee return.

The room was larger than I thought it would be. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were super nice. I liked that it was off the strip but close enough for a short uber ride to tbd places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again.
