I was given a beautiful, clean, updated room. I received comforting quick assistance from Carina, Emily, and Felipe. I think their attitude toward me is the norm at this hotel. I just wished they had more signs for directions.although there were a lot of staff ready to help.

Top Notch. Close to everything. All the amenities you need so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. I had a massage at the spa and the services offered are top notch! Customer service is amazing. We will stay here again and the other Virgin Hotels.

It was primarily what I expected. The property had gorgeous outdoor common areas and my room was both pretty and immaculate. My only complaint (though not really) would be that I paid for a “strip” view but even if I were on a much higher floor it didn’t seem likely that the Las Vegas strip could be seen from this location. I had a very pretty view of some palm trees and a small pool though. Tranquil. The hotel is quite large so you may have a long trek to your room. I stayed in the Opal tower.

Great location for those who decide to stay off the strip. Many good restaunt options near the hotel with-in walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a very a warm atmosphere with many clean and modern updates. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the fridge was converted to a mini bar stocked full of beverages that had a price tag even if you took one out to look at it. Not cool! We ended up getting a throw away cooler at 7-eleven across the street to keep our beverages cold.

The Virgin staff was very attentive. The bartender in Nobu was not!!! Be prepared to walk a mile to your room. No pool in winter months. I’m not a Vegas person, why charge resort fee with no pool????

Only complaint is the TV service app. Tried ordering towels 2 different time and never received them. Doesn’t work when you have 4 in your room and have 2 sets.

Comfortable and Nice for the Price!

This hotel is very cool to drive up to. Inside is half as good. Casino leaves something to be desired. Still, for the low price of the stay, it is worth it. The rooms are spacious and fun. Very colorful and we enjoyed having a table very much. The couch around it was hard to sit in for long periods of time, but nice to have. Rare in a hotel. IT IS FAR from the strip! On Google Maps, it seems doable to walk back and forth and it is if the destination you're wanting is right down the side street, but if it's the Venetian or Mandalay Bay, there's a walk ahead of you. The first day were were there I tracked 16,000+ steps which equals 8 miles. The next couple days following, we lyfted and that wasn't too pricey. $10 average for a trip to really any part of the strip. So, that's an option. The CVS is close by, but beware of bird in the shopping center that WILL poop on your head. So nastay. The surrounding area isn't great, but not sketchy as others have written. It's just tired and they need pest control in that shopping center - bad! We felt safe to walk around, but at night, we took Lyfts so not sure what the night vibe is. Dunkin Donuts was so expensive and the gift shop was insanely priced as well. Go to CVS (still more than your regular at home prices) and get your snacks and things. Also, REALLY LOATHED the fridge situation - only their items and you have to pay insane amount for each item. So, no fridge for leftovers or your own drinks. We used ice, but that blew!

The initial room temp was a chilly 65 degrees. I thought no problem... I'll just turn the temp to a comfortable 72 degrees. Unfortunately, heating system was broken and I was unable to heat the room. Called the front desk and the Maintenance Man was dispatched to my room. He worked on the heater and informed me it was beyond repair. The Hotel Manager switched my Wife and I to another room. The new room had drain problems. The shower and sink would NOT drain properly. We were unable to shower or wash up. The Hotel Manager offered us temporary access to yet another room to shower and wash. I declined and requested a FULL refund. The Manager only agreed to waive the "resort fee". This was unacceptable. In short, the Virgin Hotel is rather new but it still has the old Hard Rock hotel infrastructure, plumbing, and mechanical faults. Terrible experience :-(

Second time stand, the rooms are well taken care of beds are great to sleep in places in very good shape and a customer service is great. I recommend this place. My second time here is just here in November and booked it again end of January of February
