I was little unhappy because I had paid for strip view and when I got to my room, There was no strip view , got garden view , which made me unhappy. Didn’t want to complain because I was only there for the weekend but I would been nice to get for what I had paid .

We were so excited to stay here—the suite itself was beautiful and this trip was a surprise for my best friend. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. When my friend went to put on the robe, it was dirty around the neck and smelled strongly of body odor. We checked the other robe, and it was the same—both appeared not to have been washed at all. The bathroom with the small urinal had a strong smell of urine, similar to a public restroom. We had to keep the door closed, but even then the odor seeped into the rest of the room, and the door itself stuck when shut. To add to that, when we pulled out the ironing board there was a used fake eyelash stuck to one of the legs. These issues made the room feel unclean overall, which was disappointing given how much we had been looking forward to our stay. Because we had a full schedule of activities planned, we weren’t able to call down and request a room change, but we felt it was important to share this feedback. The suite looked beautiful on the surface, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from the experience.

Off the strip and it has a huge outdoor pool area with a sand bottom pool. The A/C in our oom didn’t work very well, but the room was clean.

Very much enjoyed staying at the Virgen Hotel in Las Vegas. It's the former Hard Rock Hotel. It's a good size property and we like that it's not right on the strip but close by. Great for taking the back streets to the other venues for shows, gambling, etc. Hotel was a good value overall. Parking is very easy and is free. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back to stay here on return trips to Vegas.

Initially received keys for a room, keys didn’t work. Got assistance from housekeeping to open up, only to find out 1. The room wasn’t what was booked 2. It was also out of service. Once this was rectified, it was an excellent stay. New room was exactly how it was pictured.
