Look for another hotel

The employees don't have a clue what's going on in the hotel. We were told yoga is included in the hotel resort fees at 09:00. We show up but since the hotel, a 4.5 star hotel (!), didn't have hot water so they decided to open only at noon. The employees go out of their way not to be helpful. Really wouldn't recommend at all

Great room!

Loved the hotel room. It was a great value, and was with our concert venue. The shower was my favorite part of the room. It was amazing! The only knock I have is the fact that my husband's wallet got stolen while we were at the concert. Made the trip a little tougher.

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with an insane view of the sphere, and it was a relatively low price for staying on the strip.

Nice staff and facilities, not great cleaning

The staff was warm and helpful. The facilities were nice. However, I had two issues with the cleanliness--despite choosing this hotel based on reviews for cleanliness. First issue: one day in, the toilet clogged--and when housekeeping provided the cleaning, the employee used the same gloves she used when scrubbing the toilet to provide clean towels. She then sprayed with cleaning spray after replacing the towels. Second issue: the last day of my stay, when checking the bed for hidden socks / items, I found hot pink lipstick on the comforter edge at the top by my face. I informed the front desk staff upon checkout (and received a $50 credit), but I was disappointed at the overall cleanliness of this hotel. I ended up buying cleaning products myself to clean the room.

Casino does not have cigarrete smell like others. Close to good food places. Away from strip loudness but close enough to visit. The only negatives was the bathroom drainage smelled like sewer. Called for service and they came but it still smelled. Room was close to elevator and was very loud. 2 of the 3 elevators were down. But the room was very large and roomy and beds were clean. Staff was super nice. Parking was free and very many spaces to choose from.
