The hotel had a fresh, modern feel. Service was generally good, with standout hospitality from Andi, the bartender at Chef Xue, as well as the waitstaff there and the team at the 21+ pool bar. Complimentary valet and self-parking were a major plus, and I appreciated the included spa classes for guests. However, the front desk and pool security staff could have been more welcoming; at times, their demeanor made the experience feel impersonal. That said, this seems to be a broader trend across many Las Vegas properties. Overall, I had a positive stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

I liked this property for the completeness of offerings. We felt like we could make a whole Vegas trip without leaving the property if so desired. Pools were awesome. Food options we great. Placebwas clean and we feltbsafe. The rating I gave was heavy influenced by the thin walls. The neighbors talking was coming through the walls easily and we lost out on sleep.

Casino floor is on the smaller side, waitresses dont tend to ask often for drinks, and even when they do, its only in the most small and random area of the floor. The property is very beautiful, but dining is super limited here! Things dont open up until late in the day and in-room service was only 6am-11:30am.

My new home in Las Vegas!

I decided to book the property due to a video I saw by a YouTuber, my life in Vegas with Jacob. The video got me interested in the unique property, and I was not disappointed. It was contemporary Clean well done, and the staff was exemplary at every turn. This is going to be my go to Property in the future. Well, done Virgin in Las Vegas.

Virgin Cherry of a Good Time!

If you want a nice easy going place that isn’t full of crowds and bumping on the strip for hours this place is perfect for that. Leave the glitter behind and enjoy a simple yet eventful trip to Vegas.

It is a great hotel right off the strip with free parking. Which is nice. The one issue is even our non-smoking hotel room reeked of smoke. It was off putting for sure. Other than that we enjoyed the actual property.

Eating at the One Steakhouse was a big disappointment. In addition to the music being so loud (I couldn't have a regular conversation without repeating), the size of the lobster tail with the surf and turf was very small. In trying to check out (although there were only 2 tables being served in the back), the maitre d took 10 minutes to help us because he was too interested in telling another couple his opinion on the current entertainment he'd experienced.

Was not in Vegas for fun this time. Chose Virgin because it was across the street from my brother’s apartment. I was here to help him after chemo. Could not have been happier to stay here. Wonderful food choices and not as expensive as most places directly on The Strip. Parking was free…yup! Most are $20+/day. Room was super spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Guest services, concierge and housekeeping were so friendly and accommodating. Pizza…oh yes, pizza 24 hours a day…and it’s crisp and yummy! Also ate at Chef Xue, must get the sticky wings! Hudson convenience store was reasonably priced (not like the airport). Dunkin, for the win, iced coffee every morning. Pools…4 of them to choose from. Just so nice! Can’t say enough good stuff! To me, if you want to be in all the action this is not your hotel, but a long walk or ride share is easy enough to get there! One thing you really can’t escape in Vegas…all the air traffic! You get used to it quickly…I happened to be on the runway flight path which did wake me up the first morning but after that it was fine. Just a fair warning about that…however I have stayed on The Strip before and the sirens all night were worse. The air traffic is minimal overnight. Loved my stay!
