There seems to be a propensity for double charging. I was charged double in the restaurant for one evening and I was charged for the room for the entire stay although the room was prepaid in advance. I’ll be contacting AMEX to reverse those charges on my return to the states. Really disappointing to have to take my personal time to fix their mistakes.

Arrived in the room and the bedding was dirty. Had food and stains on the sheets. Moved rooms and then had to wait for fresh towels and robes to be brought up for 40 mins. arrived at allocated pool time late because of this to be told we needed to rebook

Really enjoyed our stay here, got our room upgraded and a bottle of wine. The bathroom has lovely ESPA products and room was really comfortable to stay in

Convenient business hotel, good price vs quality package, but definitely not a deluxe hotel: too crowded. Breakfast food feels industrial taste, room service choice is better than at restaurants; if one has allergy, not a good place to stay as rooms have no windows or need someone to open them when you have one and AC/hear system blows dust and pollens and etc The rest was fine, the price is right but there is a big gap between what is promised/advertised and what is offered. Then for London, it is definitely a decent deal and a good location if you can bear with the above.

Had an inside room where there is no access to any daylight. That was not clear at the booking. There is a window to an indoor atrium like space that has no direct daylight. You really don't know if it is day or night. That combined with access via an application and no interaction with any staff, made it a ghost like place. Room itself was ok but it just make the experience unpleasant.

We had a very good experience. Hotel staff was friendly and professional, and the building and our room were clean. We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent.

Àn architectural wonder - it’s round shaped - and so very well located. I got sick when I stayed here for work and most of the staff were amazingly kind to me about it. The woman who answers the main phone line was quite unhelpful when I tried to call to ask for an extra day and other things, but literally everyone else very helpful. Definitely worth it.

We were lucky to check in early, however there were a few things in the room that werent up to standard. The products in bathroom by sink were empty, plus only 1 tea bag and no sweeetners. I tried to check out on line but the payment for breakfast wouldnt complete so went to the Reception. Met by a member of staff that told me to wait, i waited and then she asked what i wanted, and then when i tried to explain cut me off. Was very abrupt and when i then told her about the missing products just said ok.
