Walking distance to the eye of london, big ben, westminster abbey, buckingham palace and so many more. Really read the room description the inner rooms have no view of london. Highly recommend and will stay again. The only thing that was unsettling was when the elevator was full a family just pushed their way on. I know it is all culture but still.

Just ran out of soap in bathroom and left a note, that may habe not been seen. Not a big deal as we got our own. Only other thing is the reservation required to use pool. That is a lot harder to do especially with children when you are limited to going prior to 8pm and you spend the day out exploring. We finally did make it one evening when making ourselves return earlier to the hotel. Blocks are only 20-30min. The idea makes sense seeing as hotel is huge and limited pool space.

Great Place to Stay

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during my travels. The entire staff from check in to check out were courteous, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again. Location was in a perfect spot.

Room given me, a gold expedia member, was worst in the building. Literally no view - was an "inside cabin". The only plug by the bed was a US prong so I could not do any work from my bed. Every plug around the room was a different country's version. There was no security latch on the door. There were no bathrobes in the room. Won't go back.

We had a lovely stay at Park Place Westminster! Check was easy and swift. We were given a free upgrade from a basic room to a studio which was super nice. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. One thing to note, it was quite easy to hear noises in the hallway but not from the other rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and exactly what we needed after a long travel day.

This is a very large hotel but we had a fantastic room which very quiet. Good accessories in room with lovely Espa products in bathroom. Very convenient for theatres and central London. Would definitely stay here again.
