The Orleans was a fantastic stay. I had a different hotel booked, but their rooms had electricity and infestation issues. Last minute Vegas room availability can be unpredictable, and I was so glad to find The Orleans had availability at a reasonable price on Saturday night. The room was clean, the slots were friendly, and the food court is open 24hrs. After years of staying in the Downtown area on my visits, I have now found my favorite property outside the area.

Room was fine. Restroom was a little dated but not too bad. Housekeeping only comes every 3 or 4 days so You will have to call front desk for towels or other supplies. We were able to catch them in the hallway so not to big of a inconvenience. I would highly recommend McMullens Irish pub. McMullens sits across the street and is open 24/7. Great food and unreal Irish whiskey selection.

Staff was great and overall amazing!!! Rooms out dated though and the construction going on during our stay was bad, room service never came at all the 3 days we stayed and I had to call for towels. That lady was very nice and gave us extra Thank you.

Did not know room cleaning service had to be requested. Registration should be in non-'smoking area. Route to Activities for families should have separate entrance, instead of through the casino...like on other side of casino. Which should aldo include the restaurants.

The Wi-Fi was slow. We tried to check in on kiosk, but only allowed check in for one room. The room had no refrigerator, and had to ask several times to get the smallest one possible. There are very few channels to choose from. The staff was great, nice and helpful.
