I regularly attend the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender held every year at the Orleans. I have never had any reason to complain. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Keep doing what you're doing.

I love the Orleans but this time it just seemed like the staff wasn't very nice and one of our rooms had a smoke detector going off constantly and they took forever to fix it. Do better guys!

You get what you pay for. It was not bad just off the strip and ended up spending more on transportation other than just booking something on the strip. Room was clean, smell of the place smelt like mold. Especially in the hallways.
