It was really hard to get ahold of the front desk or anyone for that matter. Customer Service was definitely the biggest reason I wouldn’t stay again. I had called in advance after booking to make sure I got a room with a tub and they said I would have a tub with the room I got. I booked a two bed, high up strip view, the most expensive room, the whole thing. Once I got into the room there was no tub. I tried calling the front desk with the landline just to met with a robot and a hard time getting to talk to a person. So I had to go clear back to the lobby wait about 15 mins to talk to someone. I was met with attitude for my issue but I had small kids that needed a tub. So the best they could do is downgrade me to one king, pullout couch, bath, no strip view, with no compensation for the wrongdoing of the inconvenience.
Sheets were stained, blankets had tears, room wasn’t the cleanest, tub took 10 mins to drain, but the water pressure was good.
The pool was closed during the stay and I didn’t see any notice that it was. And I was quite disappointed a big reason I booked here was for the pool.
I think out of it all I only liked the food options they had. The Starbucks was good there. Eggslut was good and fast! And the Philly cheese steak place was amazing! Everyone that worked at the food places were so kind. I was excited seeing the frozen drink mixers in pictures but unfortunately there were none in the building. So a Pina Colada over rocks sufficed.
