The hotel just seemed dirty…. The carpet in the room was old and filthy and it just kind of smelled like that too. There was never any visible staff around the hotel area so I had to walk all the way down to the front desk to ask if they had a coffee pot available which they didn’t. The only restaurant that was available was a burger joint which was surprisingly delicious either that or I was just so hungry from not finding another eaterie but yes that was an amazing burger. The pool area was nice but the service was awful…. It took like 3 hours to get some water. And I feel like a was overcharged in reality.

Still took 20+ minutes to walk in and get to my room... Hot water was broken and shower drain was clogged, also lights flickered and some plugs didn't work... PLUS there was a last minute "resort fee" over more than the entire nightly rate... What a scam

Overall good experience, originally book a 2 beds suite for my stay but they didn’t have it when i checked in, offered to put my family and in a king suite instead. A little heads up would’ve been helpful. Building is a little outdated but i’m not complaining, you get what you paid for.
