The price is right

The rooms seem like they are 1/2 completed . You have good furniture with older stuff that needs to be taken out. The maids are friendly and do a great job. The food is a bit too expensive. But overall i give the Rio Hotel 4 stars.

I had a great stay at Rio. I prefer the less chaotic location off the main strip. The newly renovated property is much brighter and looks good. The back part where the carnival used to happen looks abandoned, but I hear they have plans for it. The newly renovated pool was awesome! I enjoyed several hours there each day. If you're a pool person- this is one of the best! I was very happy with my choice to stay at Rio on this trip.

It’s an older hotel with no services unless requested. Room was missing a number of items for a group of four, so we were constantly calling to request items. Once we got the items, room service came (not requested) and took all the items we’d previously requested. What is nice about it is it has suites but I’d look next time for different accommodations for my family.

Not very comfortable

The room is not properly cleaned. The towels appear to have fresh hair on them, suggesting they have been used by someone else. There is no complimentary water or any other amenities provided. The linens and pillows are very old and extremely dirty, which is quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room leave much to be desired.

The check in took awhile, a long line of people waiting to check in, with only 2 people at the counter, with 1 person going to the back every other person. Was upgraded to a remodeled room which was nice.. but the tv didn’t work correctly, kept going off and on, also called for face towels, they never brung them up. View of the strip was excellent. Oh yes self check in at the kiosk is a joke.. I tried using it and it was saying my room wasn’t ready, and it was close to 8pm when I tried to check in, and check in is at 3pm, so that’s why had to go thru the line to still check in

They Closed the Pool early at 4pm air conditioning did not work well the Ice machine was broken a lot of stores and food places where shurttered room OLD
