If you need a place to just rest your head. Then this would be the perfect place. Hotel bit outdated with the look. Bathroom shower head was molded. There were 4 elevators but only one was working.

My family and I love staying here at the Rio because of its quiet atmosphere and love that it’s not so crowded. It’s right off the freeway and it’s still on the strip. Everyone here is always friendly and professional. I even got my first of many tattoos here at the Rio. My service dog is so welcomed here and we appreciate it. Thank you Rio

The Rio is trying desperately to hold on to being the high end hotel it originally was, but the whole casino and especially the rooms are dated, falling apart and frankly not up to Vegas standards.

I pay around $60 extra was is better buy direct with the hotel, them they give me a room in the old area, is worm out, dresser box broken, sink and floor scratches, shower have hard water no good for kids, noise you listen people walking and talking when they're going to the room, near people when use the restroom. Etc. Super bad experience, i hve the worst area for more money thaks expedia ....
