The location was perfect for wha we needed. It’s about a 10 min drive to the strip. The apartment was clean and rooms were spacious. The hall bath shower didn’t work but I’m confident the owner will get that addressed. My only suggestion would be to provide the gate code. I didn’t see the FOB in the house. For others wanting to get an UBER, we found it easiest to ask the driver to wait by the gates and we just walked to meet them. Super close to the apartment.

Easy access to the Strip and all attractions. The condo was clean and well maintained. If you do not rent a car, it's a bit awkward for Uber/Lyft pickups because of the community gate, but nothing too bad. Address number has not been updated in the listing, so that was a bit confusing when trying to arrive.

Nice unit that needs a deep cleaning

Nice unit, just needs some tweaks. Convenient to event at Mandalay Bay. Needs a deep cleaning (washer dryer top were dusty, vents are dusty, baseboards have built up dust). Soap dispensers near empty. Towels are in front closet, not bathrooms and are VERY used. Towel rods broken. No way to let someone in for deliveries or Uber pick-up so have to go thru the owner. There is a key fob, so okay for someone with their own car. Property address is the Opulence Condos not the address on the site so misdirects you on google maps. check-in and check-out Instructions come at the last minute, so hard to plan. Owner resistant to sharing check-in details until unit was already cleaned - made it difficult to plan Uber trips, deliveries, etc. 2nd story with no elevator. Master bed is very high.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location if you want to enjoy the activity of Las Vegas yet get away to peace and quiet at the end of the day.Very convenient to the Strip without all the nose and bustle.Ejay was very easy to communicate with and promptly addressed an issue we encountered.
