Our stay was amazing. They upgraded our room and we had a beautiful view of the fountain! Service and dealers in the casino were great. Restaurants were good as well. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here. Perfect location center of strip!

My fiancé and I had a blast at planet Hollywood. We got upgraded to the panoramic room and it was nothing short of amazing! Noah hooked us up for sure and I can’t thank him enough for that. We will definitely be staying there again when we go to Vegas in the future. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star, I would for sure! It’s close to shopping and food in the miracle mile and it is just an all around great location. We spent our days lounging by the pool, and our nights gambling, drinking and just having an amazing time. Thanks again for making our trip so special planet Hollywood! And thanks again to Noah at the front desk for going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.

Prime Vegas Location!

Excellent stay at the PH in Vegas with family. Location is prime, and hotel layout is superb. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower and bath area are great. Highly recommend and would come back again!

Our room, 2218, the bathroom Was a mess. Poorly functioning sink hardwares, rust stains in the countertop, stains on the walls. Beds had no top sheets and the pillows being in a child’s bed, not an adults bed. Elevators did not work well with the room keys and weee always dirty.

Not accommodating to guests that have unexpected emergencies that may cause early departure. Valet too expensive, self parking less than valet however too far if a walk from hotel. Staff not too friendly, Bathroom toilet tank didn’t fill up with water every use. Toooooo smoky on casino.

Parking is $20-25 per day and service fees came out to about $200 on top of the cost of the room for a 3 night stay. Aside from that the hotel was great

Planet Hollywood has gone downhill since our previous stay. The staff wasn't very helpful during check-in, there was no one in line yet they took their time to help us get checked in. Our room we booked (a king) 6 weeks in advance was not available and we were given a room with 2 queens instead. The room was not cleaned well, the floor had crumbs all over it and the bathroom was sticky and had the last person's hair on the counter. The sink and tub also did not drain.

The Frontier Airlines of Hotels

So this Murphys Law of a Vacation came with, checking in, being told its a $64/day service fee-For internet, phone, ammenties (pool/fitness), in which in the year 2025 of our Lord, we all possess cellphones. Then, things happen right, get into the room, batteries in remote are dead, meh it happens, lightbulb went out in the entryway of our room, meh it happens, battery in the door for the RFID dies, once again things happen. What doesnt and shouldnt happen is taking 1 hour to send the individual to fix the door after contacting the front desk personnel via phone and in person to come repair the door. Also, for $64/day the pool shouldnt close at 1800. Everyday. On the dot. Maybe it's to prevent individuals from being too far intoxicated from ever having the opportunity to fall asleep in the pool, since that would be bad. Overall, the hotel isnt worth the pricing. Beds hard, pillows suck and far too expensive for the level of things you do not get. Also, my bathroom for the entire time from the moment we checked in to out smelt like someone visited Taco Bell and we were forced to deal with the aftermath. Parking, if you do not pay the $40/day for valet, you will be walking though the mall, quite a distance, with your luggage. Plus, parking is still $20/day, for a hotel, that I am staying in. Wonder if the $20/day keeps out theft. But then why the sign stating, Hotel isnt responsible for thefts.
