A bit disappointed

The housekeeping was inconsistent. On days that I ask for my room to be cleaned, it didn’t always happen. The floor was not vacuumed. The lack of a real restaurant was very disappointing!!! I don’t understand why bottled water couldn’t be placed in the room by housekeeping. Very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get it!

Beware the Ambiguous Name

There are 6 Grand Vacations properties in Vegas!! Make sure you book the correct one on the first attempt because they will NOT change it for you! When I tried the front desk lady said "third party" and hung up. This property is NOISY! I could hear every loud muffler on the strip and even other guests through the walls, maids knocking on doors in the hall, etc. The deep soaking tub is not jetted...
