Front desk, everything exceeded expectations EXCEPT the casino floor staff-specifically one who ran a roulette table and the pit boss! Both were incredibly unprofessional jerks! After 3 days of dumping money in their casino, they decided to get mouthy. I brought it to the attention of the pit bosses supervisor and her response was “they deal with a lot of people everyday”? Huh? That said, I WON’T EVER BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! Such a shame that everything about the visit was fantastic except for the three staff members! I spent good money! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Stay for here for work frequently. It’s easy location for me. I sleep comfortably in the bed and room is good for working and resting. Only issue I have had is that my digital key doesn’t always work. A good variety of restaurants. Staff helpful.

Check in/baggage drop off lines were a bit long. Depending on what your trip is for - but as far as having fun at this hotel, it's more a laid back vibe. The pool area didn't have good music and the food at the pool was always closed. We left the hotel everyday to go else where. The room was not cleaned properly had lip stick stains on pillow bathtub with a ring of dirt, hair on the floor. Stand up shower did not have shelf for your things. Not the best experience.

Iconic resort overdue for renovations.

AC barely worked, lowered only two degrees our entire stay. The WiFi did not connect in our room. The floors and jet tub was dirty with hair and dirt in the bottom. Someone’s used soda can remained.
