I enjoyed the parking options and being able to park at all MGM locations. The shower drain was clogged and we did not have hand towels or washcloths, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Love the atmosphere checking was kind of crazy but I ended up doing so checking on the Tablets you're when the upgrade which was really nice The room was lovely.There just wasn't no refrigerator. They should replace the refrigerator area with something else.Maybe more storage or something. The sheets look clean. Room was clean. I enjoyed myself.

Second room better

We arrived to our room and it was dirty (hair all over the bathroom, a pair of tweezers in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the entire room smelled like smoke). Called the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. This room was cleaner, comfortable, and just what we needed for our weekend trip.

Checked in and room was dirty. Hair and dirt in the tub as well as hair and spitting on the bedding. I called housekeeping and asked for clean sheets and to have the bathroom cleaned. Waits 2 hours and 3 calls still no one came. Got dressed and went to a 3 hour event came back and still dirty sheets. Front desk attendant changed our room. It was very inconvenient because we were so tired. The self parking garage is very inconvenient and took us about 10-15 to get to our room from there walking.

Our room was fine. Dusty but not dirty. The elevators specifically the red ones look like garbage. The key badge hardly works. It takes forever to get going. Food choices were okay. I’ve had better but not bad either.

Property is clean. Staff was extremely obnoxious. This hotel does not extend courtesy or mitigation for any problems that may arise during stay. They have policies in place and staff are non-productive. Moreover, they lack critical thinking and will not help to accommodate guest needs. They have an oh well mentality.

I loved the Egyptian theme and decor! Felt like an older property and while the room was large and comfortable enough, it was no frills. Not many good food/bar options but close enough to Mandalay Bay.
