The room is really nice. Bed slept really good. Bathroom was nice. We had 4 people in room but they only left enough towels for 2. Ice machine on our floor by room was broken, but right down the was 2 more.

I liked the check in person Ashleigh she was professional & vey knowledgeable. The rest was not ok. The room service was lazy and did not clean for two days, my do not disturb sign was not on the door. The bathroom & room was not clean, dusty and not cleaned as far as mopping and vacuuming and wiping down the tub, toilet and shower. They had no handles on the tub or the shower for an elderly person or a handicap to hold onto. The food was alright very expensive It was $25 or more for three chicken strips, the refrigerator that I rented for $25 a day didn’t work. It was overheated and wasn’t really a refrigerator just a box unit. They charged me $225 deposit never mentioned that until check in, check out, they did credit the refrigerator back. They gave us a list of restaurants that you can get I guess 50% off or $50 credit ,they didn’t tell you that you had to dine in. They just kept saying it’s in the fine print about everything they also at checkout told me instead of telling me when I checked in that there was $47 a day plus tax resort fee and hit me with that so they took it out of my deposit and only gave me $72 back out of my $225 so that was in the fine print I think that the fine print is a rip off because they should’ve mentioned that it’s not a resort to me.
