Property had a beautiful pool and beautiful looking property. The room smelled musty and getting into our room using the digital key on the MGM app was a nightmare. Poor reception and WiFi doesn’t work.

The property is very outdated. The elevators were extremely slow, old, dirty, shaking. The room was very dusty, outdated, bathroom was outdated, hard to flushed the toilet. My allergies were very bad because of the dusty carpet. My daughter got bite by a spider and got sick from the dusty carpet. We couldn’t stop sniffing and sneezing the point of nose bleeds.

The Luxor has obviously gone downhill over the last 20 years. The Casino was very dirty, and there were very few gambling tables open while we were there. The entire casino smelled like smoke. There were sales people trying to sell various things, such as time-shares and skin care. They pretend to work for the hotel, and drag you in. Our room was falling apart. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The carpet and furniture were dirty. Our small refrigerator had leaked and damaged the wood underneath it. At any time, that refrigerator could fall. We told the front desk and nothing was done. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. We had to go to other casinos to have a good time and sleep in a filthy dangerous room.
