Disappointing stay
The Park MGM was a great location, the amenities of the hotel were good, we enjoyed the pool and dining options. However the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We had to move rooms and the second room was worse than the first. After moving rooms we really did not want to move again after a long day of travel and asked that the housekeeping come up to clean the room. We waited for well over an hour for them to no-show then after calling again and letting them know that we really had to start getting ready to leave for dinner as we were meeting family in Vegas for a birthday. Asked if they could please clean the room while we were gone they apologized and were scheduled to come at 6:30. They showed up at 5:50 didn’t knock and walked in while we were changing. After we left they “cleaned the room” and put sheets on the bed with giant stains. So they had to come back again with the manager and change the bedding again. After everything they did apologize and remove our resort fee. However, I am still not happy about paying over 500$ for 3 nights at a four star hotel to have those kind of problems. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. I really think they need to improve their overall cleaning practices because those issues should have been solved for the first time and not continue to have happened over and over. Photos show brand new room we walked into. Major dust, huge stains on bed and ball of hair on the “clean towels”
