The hotel is a beautiful establishment with excellent customer service convenient to everything. Most of all I loved how clean and well cap the property was it was classy, not trashy and had a fantastic price.

The facility and 2 rooms we stayed in were fantastic ! Very clean except for the carpet which understandably gets dirty with time. No biggie though, always bring indoor slippers 😊 Very convenient location with a Dennys restaurant across the street !! Heavy traffic nightly in the parking garage but thins out late in the eve. Exceptionally quiet rooms and comfortable surroundings. Definitely would stay here again !!!

Hotel was convenient to many restaurants and shops. The TRAM was great to get to other hotels with temperatures so hot. Staffs were very helpful. Nice gym. Rental available inside hotel so that was convenient. Our room was facing the T-mobile arena so it was VERY loud at night. Can't sleep till music shut down about 1:00 am. For cleanliness, the bed's headboard was really dusty and the rug needed to be vacuum.

We liked that it is s smoke free facility and was clean. We did find that the drink and this prices were higher than nearby hotels, so most of our food and drink consumption was elsewhere.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were not that great paid extra for a sleep well room and there was really not any difference from a regular room. Mattress was very hard. There was no mini fridge had to pay to use the safe. Did love the fact that it was smoke free.
