We had a great weekend stay at Park MGM. The completely smoke-free environment was such a refreshing change in Vegas and made the whole experience feel cleaner and more relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely updated — plenty of room to unwind after long days out. The food options on property were excellent, with something for every mood, and the location couldn’t be better. Easy access to the Strip, convenient walkability, and everything we needed right nearby. Overall, Park MGM was the perfect home base for our weekend. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for a week but our room never got cleaned. The towels had a funky smell and I developed rashes that lasted for a week. We asked to be moved to another room because our first room was at the very end and it smelled so bad that we requested to be moved. I won’t recommend this hotel because I think they have bed bugs. Not at all happy with our stay.

The shower had great water pressure on the 8th floor. The sink smelled like old pipes when you ran the water in the bathroom. The people next door to me were up all night talking and laughing. I could hear everything. But it's Vegas...what do you expect! Overall nice hotel and I'm sure I'll stay there again.

After paying $800.00 for 2 nights and was hit with a $50.00 per night resort fee and a Resort fee tax of $6.69 per night during check out (plus parking fees all total $153.38). You would expect a nice room with a view. Check in was delayed as online check in was not available for setting up garage key enter/exit. Only one person working the front desk on a Friday at 6pm so had to wait in line long time to check in. I was assigned a room prior to getting there, room unfortunately was all the way at the end of the hall with a view of the rooftop. Room was just ok, carpets were torn and tattered. Room had not TV remote, only one glass, and the safe didnt work. Had to wait an hour for security to rest the safe, and to have a TV remote delivered and asked maid to get extra glasses for the rom.

The self parking was nightmare. Ee couldn’t gind a spot on second floor, and directed yo the fourth floor. There was a fences covering the parking area, and a doır to the elvator. There were no sign shiwing the correct way to the hotel. We first went to the wron direction and ended up in some company’s office. Then we turned back and found our way to the gate to the elevators. Finally we reached to the hotel. Later next morning we took the same path to the elevator, to the fourth floor. But this time the door was locked and because the floor was all fenced, we couldn’t enter to the parking area. We had a flight to catch. I run back to the reception and they reset my garage exit card, but unfortunately it did not open the gate again. Luckily we found someone working there and they told us to use the elevator, go down, enter the garage and use the stairs to the fourth floor in the garage. It was so stressed and we almost couldn’t make it to the plane. Another thing is, we were so disappointed to see that there was no coffee machine in the room. No free water either.

Room was clean but felt a little bit bare? No fridge, no dresser. Main issue was the music playing all night from outside I think. Mostly like this place as I've stayed many times but was a bit off this time if I'm honest
