Clean, smell-free stay

Let me start by saying, I loathe Las Vegas (smells, loud, dirty, etc)....but I wanted to see BSB at the Sphere. I wanted a refreshing hotel stay, particularly a smoke-free experience, and the Park MGM was my top pick for this very reason. Eataly was exceptional! Smell-free rooms. Noise levels in the casino level were comfortable. Cons: -our room's roman shade was broke and would not go up, which was let down since we had beautiful mountain views :( Also, the red color of our room was not relaxing, a bit abrasive. (see photo of the "red room of pain") -we arrived at 7pm and our room wasn't ready, but we were able to hold our bags at bell services, and were compensated with a $50 dinner voucher. Overall, we will definitely stay here again, mainly due to the smoke-free environment of this property, and my husband LOVES Eataly.

I love the clean nonsmoking feel! The rooms are nice and convenient to everything on the strip. I’ve had two great views each time. New York New York is across the street. So many things close by. Crack Shack was yummy too. One of my favorite hotels and love the location and non smoking!

If there were anyone I hated, then I might recommend this hotel. Shower floors aren’t properly sloped — Water splashes everywhere and had to continuously mop the floors with towels I’d be using to dry myself with; Wouldn’t be surprised if mold or mildew is present. The room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm, but wasn’t even available by the time I arrived between 6 and 7pm. Water was shut off throughout the hotel without any notification. They offered me 2 small water bottles to shower with.

Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a guest. There were crumbs on the couch, smudged drink and hand marks on both nightstands, and noticeable layers of dust on the bed frame and couch frame. Even more concerning, I found a dirty Q-tip and a used sock left on the floor—items that no guest should ever encounter in a freshly cleaned room. There was also visible hair on the couch, further indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping standards. This experience completely ruined my trip. I came to Las Vegas expecting a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but instead I was met with discomfort and disappointment. I did not feel relaxed or at ease in the room at any point, and it ultimately made my stay feel like a complete waste.

Quick stay worked out great

Stayed last minute to attend a concert. Room was nice and our group of 3. Hotel was easy to navigate which is huge when you have several bags to carry. And self check in was so easy and efficient.

Park MGM will now be our go-to for any Vegas trips. Smoke free and clean. Classy and quiet. Right across from T-mobile venue makes it super easy and less time in the heat.

Not worth $300/night. Our room was average at best. The AC was weak, there was a missing tile in the bathroom and there wasn’t even a fridge or even a coffee pot! The only reason we stayed here was due to proximity to T Mobile Arena. The worst part was the staff at the pool. Not once when I asked a scantily clad server for a menu did I get one. The QR codes on the chairs don’t work, so good luck ordering anything. After ordering food, it took 45 min to receive. Would I stay there again? Not sure, but if it was for a concert at T Mobile, it depends on the price of the room.
