Wrong reservation

The staff. Gave my reservation to another person that has the same name as me. Without looking at the reservation number. He ended up waiting, I afford them to give us another room. That is available although I told them that we are very tired from a long trip.

Two bedroom suite= two, 1br suites

Clean and comfy. The only think I don’t like was when booking the 2 bedroom suite, it was two different suites. I was under the assumption it was one suite with two different bedrooms. Instead, it’s been two, one bedroom suites. Still fulfilled the purpose I needed for my family, it was just unclear by the pictures.

Very nice stay

Very good place to stay,vand less expensive than the casino adjacent to it. Only a few steps to the casino and completely quiet. Friendly staff , very clean and well maintained Good pool area.

Great location but service was mediocre. Our suite had the amenities we needed but we were missing sheets and the sofa bed sheets were dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. It wasn’t a pleasant stay but we enjoyed the little kitchen we had since we love to cook our own food.

Very quiet. Close to Restaurants. Room was clean and had more than I needed. Security seemed to be aware of all that was going on but was not obtrusive. Front desk staff was helpful when I had questions. All in all very pleasing.
