Even though they were doing remodeling, everything was still kept clean, organized and easy to get around no problem going up the elevators. Everything was kept clean. We had a really good time.

First assigned room on 5 th floor in tower 1 however elevator was broken and I happen to be 79 year old handicapped female. Go back to front desk and then get assigned to tower 2, first floor with only a window looking out to parking lot. I felt very claustrophobic with only window in bedroom. I was there for granddaughters last school softball tournament since she is a senior to graduate.

Great for families staying in Vegas

We had a great family spring break trip to this hotel. Perfect place for families staying in Vegas. Pros: *Large room, plenty of space for our family of 5 *comfortable beds, even the couch bed was quite comfy *Nice having two bathrooms and liked the steamer shower and large jetted tub *polite, helpful staff *Great pool, heated so it felt great even though the temps were only in the 60s *perfect location close to the strip, but away from the crowds *Right by outlets and Town square for shopping *free parking! Cons *the rooms could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but it was fine. I just noticed a few areas that could have been cleaned a little better. *lazy river wasn’t open yet for the spring season so that was a bummer, but the pool was super fun anyway.

The elevator, lazy river, shower, and the list goes on...were not as advertised and/or working. It was all kind of just bleh and written off as an explanation as they would be fixed/renovated later this year...but all that signage looks pretty worn and old, so I have a feeling they have ben telling that same story for some time

Sand and pool is great. Lazy river was closed which was a total bummer and wasn’t let know until checkin. Rooms bedding was itchy and very thin. Room at least was large and had kitchen with dishes//blender/fridge/utensils which is a plus, plus shuttle to the strip. Average other than that. Restaurants on property are mediocre. Staff was not very friendly. The best service we had was the bellman upon checkin. The down button the the elevator didn’t work, and it was not very clean. Not a great experience but not the worst.

I chose Tahiti Village based on solid recommendations, website reviews, and a few phone calls to the resort itself to talk with a representative. I have traveled and stayed in Motel 6 all the way up to 5-star resorts, so I am pretty flexible where I stay. This experience with my sister and young daughter was disappointing. I will be sending a separate detailed e-mail or letter, but in summary: - Not able to check in until after 4 p.m. - Denny's food was subpar. - Lazy river and adult hot tub were closed. - Dishwasher in our room was not anchored for use - Pull out bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood (we went and bought a foam bed topper to make it tolerable) - TV was not a smart TV as advertised - Arcade had an off smell of sweat or the like - We did not find out until day 4 that there is no housekeeping service for stays less than 7 days. Took 3 phone calls to get fresh towels, garbage taken, and an extra blanket. - We were encouraged by phone, door hanger, and in the lobby to claim our gift at the concierges desk, only to find out it was for a timeshare meeting that we were not eligible because our spouses weren't there (and then suggested to 'just say we were single') not my M.O. While the palm trees, parking, and lobby were very nice and the weather could have been better (out of human control) - details matter, and these were pretty big details that disappointed. Maybe try again another year or season, but not anytime soon.
