Spacious room. Fairly clean. Bed was not overly soft like many hotels. Offered free coffee in the morning by the elevators. Nice, but when you consider many hotels in this price range offer free breakfast,not a big deal. But appreciated.

The room was clean the first day but we had to call for towels the second day. There was 3 restaurants and they rotated so i was thankful there were restaurants across the street. They need to step up their game.

VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded

The pros: clean, bed comfortable, free parking, good Cobb salad and service at Briggs, decent Chinese food, free Tesla charging. Otherwise, outdated, smoky, over-chilled. Under construction. Rubbery cheese on the omelet.
