Crusty towels everyw…Room not clean upon arrival

Unfortunately, we checked into a room that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Crusty towels everywhere… who knows what went down. What happened in Vegas definitely stayed in Vegas … as in the towels. Yuck. We came to the compromise that management would send housekeeping to properly clean the room but they never did. Just frustrated as I was in town on business, didn’t have an opportunity to just change hotels all together. Very disappointed with hotel customer service as well, would not go here again.

Room was an upgrade “Lux” room on the 18th floor, larger than expected and decent for the price.. Room was clean, beds comfy, no wash clothes on arrival. Bed pillows need to be changed or cleaned -Kinda smelly/musty. -Elevators are super fast & efficient -Staff was pleasant -Location was excellent and very walkable. After 1am, there were super loud machine type noises that we heard from the 18th floor. Sounded like a very loud generator or some equipment. That might explain the 4-pairs of ear plugs we found in the room. Over all. Our stay was nice. But I probably wouldn’t stay at the Plaza again.

Just ok

Fast check in, the sink backs up to quickly at this hotel everytime, the lights breaker kept having to get pressed on, the "heated" pool wasn't warm enough. The subway was expensive $44 for 2 meals, the casino was hot the had them heaters seat to blazing hot!

Can't beat the price for this clean but older hotel. Cross the road snd you are on Freemont Street and all that is has to offer.

I felt the customer service (specifically Susan) was very rude. The hotel was outdated. You get what your pay for. Husbands phone was stolen and security did absolutely nothing.

Nice hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location. My initial checkin was very smooth. Parking was easy and included using the room key for access. The room was updated and very clean. My only glitch was returning from the days activities and I had to redo my room keys twice. The initial process after extending my stay did not deliver as advertised which caused me to get new keys 3 times! The room cleaning scheduling and towel swap were excellent. Room was very comfortable and quiet for the location. Hotel offered many food and cocktail options.

Check in was a nightmare. Only two people at the counter, averaging one guest every 10-15 minutes. There was hair and dirt on bathroom tub and floor. Not vey clean.

We opted to stay in the north tower so we would have a view of the strip. It was an amazing view, but it was very loud until very late. The staff was all very helpful.

Property was great for all our needs. I really like this casino the most on Fremont street so it’s nice to be able to have home base right above. Room was clean, nothing really stood out. Staff was nice and accommodating. Felt safe and it wasn’t too noisy.
