One of the two rooms that were reserved did not have the Air Conditioner working. The hotel staff contacted the maintenance team for in person support that rather turned out as a telephone support. Eventually the staff helped move my friends to the nearby hotel. The room I stayed in did not have hot water that was rather challenging.

My experience would've been all 5 stars, our initial contact was amazing the gentlemen that checked us in provided wonderful customer service. He was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The location was great, the entrance/lobby area was clean and looked well kept. Housekeeping was terrible. My bed sheets weren't clean, seemed like they recycle the bedding if it looks ok. I find eyelashes on my pillow and hair under the sheets, just gross...and when we asked for the room to be cleaned, we returned to our room to find the door open. This was very uncomfortable😞 and disappointing because all the other staff at the front desk were outstanding. This place would be a hotel I works return to but because house keeping are careless, lazy and disgusting. I would not return, but appreciate all the staff that works in guest services.

Room was great! Sink plus fridge. Staffing was nice. Breakfast was gooder. There was only one thing that I didn’t like during my stay here. One of the cleaning staff knocked on the door while I was sleeping. Seconds after waking up to the knock and noticing the knock. The cleaning lady already used their master key to badge in and barge in. Even though this event happened, I would definitely come back. I enjoyed my stay and is willing to give a good rating.
