Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The free breakfast was excellent. A lot of option and was fresh. The service was excellent and friendly. J.J was the front desk representative at my check in time and informed me that i had two rooms booked for the night. He stayed that i would have to speak wi Hotels.com to cancel the second room and to get a refund. I did call Hotels
Com and there represenrative stayed that she spoke to the manager of the Hapton in and they stated that it was to late to cancel the room and that I was going to get charged for the second room even though i did not need or book it. I kept Hotels.com on the line and went back to the front desk and J.J spoke to manager on duty and got the roomed cancelled and got Hotels.com to issue the refund. He is a true professional.
The only other bad experiemce was the order that the bed sheets had. They smelled like dirty wet dogs. I very much hope that the start using a stronger and better laundry detergent and clean the wahing machine that yhey use.
