Everything was typical in a good way. However 2 incidents with our do not disturb tag being removed from our door was disturbing as we had medication and money in our room. The tag was stolen and the staff went in, knocked our toothbrush and deoderant off the counter in the bathroom and them both under the counter on the floor and only made 1 bed. This was a strange set of circumstances but i dont believe it was maliciously intended, just a mistake because our do not disturb tag was stolen twice.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our short stay was very comfortable! Our room and bathroom were spotless. Very conveniently located to get to the airport, and I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance! I would gladly stay again in the future!

Couple staff not really helpful, But Andrea (if I’m remembering her name correctly) who assisted me when I was checking out was completely awesome! She was very super apologetic for some mishaps we encountered on our stay there and made us feel very comfortable that she would do her best to help us… she made us feel like we were heard!

Clean and Convenient

This hotel is new and was very clean. The customer service from Sharon upon arrival was some of the best in the business. This is conveniently located to walkable shops and restaurants and the airport shuttle was perfect.
