First time in Vegas and this place was amazing. Absolutely clean room. The staff were very friendly, I love how it’s a mini pit course inside the hotel. Im definitely coming back when I stay in Vegas and the location is steps away from Fremont experience. Thanks guys !

We traveled with toddlers so it was nice that there was a space for them to play and that it is walking distance from Freemont strip and there was dinning places and a park walking distance! I would have liked that the golf area looked as clean as the pictures it just needs a little dusting off. Most of the staff was very nice, some where just very dry not rude just no "hello" or "have a good day/night" or "how was your stay" silly I know but it makes people feel seen. Other then that would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. After a long bus ride from Palm Springs to Vegas, all I wanted was to sleep. Unfortunately, a blaring fire alarm from an abandoned building across from my room went off for hours. The staff immediately offered to move me, and I gladly accepted. While I could still hear the alarm faintly, I was able to rest before heading back out. The new room I moved into had a slightly stale, musty smell, and the paint on the walls was chipped, making it look a bit worn. I was a little disappointed because my previous room was on the main floor, much newer, and slightly larger than the one I was relocated to. It also didn’t have the musty, run-down scent of the new room. After my nap, I just wanted to watch a little TV to catch up on the news, as I had been traveling in the U.S. from Canada for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work. I reported this to the front desk right away, but they informed me that maintenance wouldn’t be available until the morning. Upon checkout, I explained the situation to the front desk staff, and they kindly removed the “amenities fee” charged for hotel rooms. This was a generous gesture that made me feel welcome and appreciated. I wasn’t overly concerned—just a bit frustrated—but the front desk staff were kind and quick to make things right. Because of their excellent customer service, I would definitely return. The staff there are true gems who should be cherished.
