We asked for towels and water and weren’t brought them til way later and the pool staff was rude and got our order wrong and then forgot about us! I really do like the place and how quiet it is but was very discouraged with the service!

Was able to check in early, which was great. Front desk woman that checked us in and answered the phone seemed short with us. Felt like we bothered her when we had to request things for room. Coffee pot was broken but replaced immediately. Half bottle of water was leftover next to new bottle of water so had to request a new one. Bathroom was not that clean. Lots of dirt on baseboards, floor and corners of shower. Other than that, we liked our room but makes me wonder how clean our room actually was. Not sure if we will stay again.

Our room was great, staff was great. The only problem was we had a sewage smell coming from our bathroom our entire stay. Called front desk to report, all they did was have maintenance staff pour chemical down the drain. Smell was still there.
