Room was clean, bed was comfortable and linens felt luxurious. Property was fantastic and nicely decorated Had small basic toiletries and gave minimal towels, no mini fridge. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided great assistance when needed. We would definitely stay again!

Parking situation is okay. We got upgraded to a floor that did not have a working ice machine and the card reader to use the elevators was not working and everyone had issues with it. No refrigerator in the room. Will definitely be getting an Airbnb next time to avoid hotels like this.

The room smells so bad, like a mouse is dead in the room. I have advised the housekeeper and she sprayed a refreshing but the smell was still on and she advised me that they must do a deep cleaning cause they had a pet in this room previously

When booking this hotel you need know what hotel side to book one side is newer and the other side was older so when I got there I had to change to the grand side instead of casino side.
