The elevator i our tower was very loud. My room was half way down the hall on the 9th floor... I could hear loud and clear in my room everytime the motors reved up each time someone would push the button for the elevator.... impossible to sleep!!!!

You have to pay $20/day to rent a microwave and pay $20/day separately for the refrigerator. They do not always have a microwave or refrigerator readily available. This information was not made readily available upon making a reservation. Staff also would not provide a first aid kit upon request. They stated that you had to talk to security because they were trained to help with injuries. When speaking with the security team, they did not appear trained as they did not even know what materials were available in their first aid kit. (The first aid kit was requested for a minor injury that only required an antiseptic and topical neosporin. No topicals were available in the first aid kit either.) This was a very inconvenient stay on many levels.

Our first room we paid a little more for was a studio and supposed to be bigger.. very worn down room broken light fixtures door knob on bathroom doesn't lock. Broken suitcase stand hair on the towel in bathroom. Callled FD moved to 2nd room no veiw smaller but at least updated in the restroom. still broken vanity light in room. Overall for the room i was very displeased. And front desk / phone staff very unhappy and rude. The rest of the casino was not so bad.

Bed was very comfortable and you can tell it is an older hotel. The elevator makes noises that you can’t get away from so getting a good night of sleep will be hard.
