Everyone was super helpful and nice. We stayed on the 18th floor and our housekeeper was so nice and greeted us everyday or every time we passed by her, asking each time if we needed anything. the bar downstairs is super convenient, but the female bar tender wasn't very interactive and drinks were ok. This hotel is super close to Freemont street. The only downside is all the "extra" hotel fees when checking in. It was supposed to be $139 at the hotel and it was nearly $300!!

Noisy rooms could hear neighbours flushing toilets the room above could hear every move. Got evacuated first night but for no reason no staff directing you anywhere not a staff member in sight. Shower was cold. Room was very spacious and clean. No making up of rooms or clean towels unless requested in the 3rd night. If you wanted water you had to go and request
