The worst resort I have ever have stepped foot on. Just awful , room was dirty , staff was unhelpful and robotic. I paid for the room but received timeshare calls throughout my stay nagging me about going to a presentation and getting free show tickets and cash. I will never stay at a Hilton property ever again.

I didn’t like the idea of the front desk at check in stating , Hilton has a welcome gift at the located at the VIP desk. I was reached right away by a staff member and ask to follow her to pick up my free gift. Well, this turns to be NOT a welcome gift . Turns to be that they wanted me to sign up for a TIME SHARE . I have never been a fan of a time share membership. To make my story short , I was told I could always cancel my appointment and get a $40 refund no questions asked. Well it turn that next day I was with my family enjoying the Vegas Streep when I had decided to call the 800 number provided by them to cancel my next day appointment. No body answered my phone calls . I attempted to reached them 3 times giving many minutes in between from each other phone call . The next day 1 our before my appointment which I had already cancelled a day before , my room phone ringed so, I went to pick up the phone call . It was the v membership desk confirming my appointment. I told them I had canceled in person last night at the desk . The lady who had called me had menú that cancellation was not showing on her computer. It was a very uncomfortable situation for me and my family spending time in Vegas trying to get my refund back. I left Vegas and 2 days later my credit card still is NOT showing a refund pending yet . I will give it couple more days before me having to call Cancun Resort or American Express Hilton credit card to try fixing this situation.

I have stayed at Cancun several times and Booked this time last min and my family and I really enjoyed it. Loved the water slide. Even though we had an issue with kids throwing items from the balcony from several stories up, down to the pool area where we were sitting, security quickly took care of the situation and it was resolved. I would definitely recommend Cancun and we will stay again.
