My room smelled like sewer allnight my 5 yr old kept asking dad what's that smell. We were to tired to even bother with changing rooms. Im usually impressed by Boulder station room cleaning. But this room was awful 😭

Had a bad experience at the game on restaurant Saturday morning. The server was not very good, our table seemed to be forgotten and food (eggs) where ice cold. When I asked where our food was 40min for eggs the response that I got from the server was I am doing my best. This was not how I wanted to start my day. Bad attitude and bad food

I felt secure even tho i was being monitored it never involved me like i was being looked out for and didnt have to kno about it if i didnt want to i was never approached or confronted i hsve my special needs fdaughter with me and she csn b a hsndfuk when others start invikving us even in our own business ive always felt the same way about ur prooerty and that's why i will continue using ur services that u offer as my fsther did snd and my sons still do i would have to recomend BOULDER STATION as a locals favorite and a well established place and orientated to all. I do hope everyone understands how important it is to visit a place and find out part way through ur stay that everyone is new including the property. Its a very scary feeling at times or can b. Not at boulder i kno they already kno wat they are doing i don't have to second guess if they are handling things that may or may not involve me correctly they are focused and are well aware of all of vegass in and outs and outs thats important cuz their ain't nothing like having to explain wats going on with the situation and would b surprised how far off other places really are and having to catch everyone up to speed at times is teally a damper om a good time if other places knew wat was going on when things dont look right then they would not of had situations like theyve had at the orbit inn or october 1 my appreciation to u is well deserved thank u for ur services they were all quite enjoyable and thank you for asking
