My room didn't have a refrigerator when I there. I called and the Staff was very nice to get me one. I had a late check out of 1pm and house kept knocking on my door every hour after 11 am. It would be nice not to be bothered when you have a late check out.!

When I got to my room the TV didn't work so I went down to report it and was told someone would be right up to fix it. Two hours later still nobody came to fix the TV and the room next door 1520 had a woman yelling and fighting. I went back down and reported that the TV still didn't work and told them about the yelling from the room next door. they offered me another room and I took it so I wouldn't have to listen to the yelling

Nice hotel and casino

I typically stay here when I come to Las Vegas without my pups. The rooms are large, comfortable, recently remodeled, and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet when you need to sleep. The casino is nice with tons of games to choose from and i love that they still have some of the old games too. The Mexican restaurant makes awesome guacamole at your table, yum!! Everything is fairly and reasonably priced and the parking is still free unlike the strip. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really liked the hotel when we arrived check in was great. The woman who checked me in asked if I wanted a room close to the elevator or wanted a room with a view she was very kind. Then when we woke up and started getting ready for the day the shower didn’t drain properly, I had to step out of the shower to let it drain before I could finish showering, the electrical plugs in the bathroom didn’t work so we weren’t able dry our hair with the dryer in the room or plug in a curling iron to curl our hair in the bathroom. Went to inform the front desk of all these issues she said she didn’t see any notes in the computer that we had called the front desk to report any issues I said that’s why I came to the front desk to let them know. She said she would note it. She didn’t offer a way to make it better or apologize. I would recommend staying here but just be sure to check your room and inform the front desk of any issues right away.

The room was upgraded but I’m not sure what to because it looked just like any other room. The main restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday when we were there so we had to eat at the food court. Nothing special about this place and homeless people everywhere.

First let me start, they charged my card twice witch was over $1000.00 and the clerk didn’t tell me. got to the room, TV was broken.. Got settled in and found roaches.. I was there from Friday -Monday every 2 hrs had to go get new cards for my door..

I liked the good quick check in. I thought security was very good as going up to your room on elevator security made sure you had a key going up elevator. There are good restaurants which covered what you would like to eat. Room was comfortable and it was quiet. Look forward to staying there again.
