We loved everything about it!

We loved everything about the Sheraton Kauai resort! The room was comfortable, the location was great, the pool was amazing, the food in the lava restaurant was wonderful. It was a perfect location for a family vacation. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Kauai.

The Ocean-Front rooms are real close to the ocean and have patios with chairs outside. Get one of the first floor rooms if you can! It was quiet and close to several shopping and dinner options. Free Valet parking for Marriot members was great. The staff was mostly helpful and accommodating. I wasn't very impressed by the Lava pool-side restaurant food and service. Our concierge was very helpful and a "hoot to boot". She got us great discounts on activities like a Napali cruise and helicopter tours. Highly recommended for both! I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with a great beach and pool area. Lava’s restaurant was excellent with great service. Building 2 had some water and power issues along with no internet for two days, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kept us well informed. I would definitely return to this hotel

The WIFI is awful, and i needed it to work- was down for two days. Also, when I checked in they gave me two queens instead of a king and I had to argue with the front desk to get a new room
