Housekeepers and Valets great job. Took to long to check in. Asked for late checkout told $100 an hour. We are Marriott members plus spent 2 weeks at hotel. Seems like an exception could have been made.

Staff was friendly and the two restaurants were exceptional. They automatically cleaned the room daily which I appreciated. Very attentive service in the pool area as well. Property is on the Beach so no effort in finding sandy beaches.

Beautiful oceanside room! Plenty of space, comfy bed, great housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing 😋 POG juice and papaya were delicious. Lava is a great restaurant for lunch and dinner, casual and great choices. Rumfire is a spectacular restaurant and service was wonderful all around. Would definitely stay again! Monk seals come right on the beach and whales were also visible from the beach 🏖️

We had reserved another hotel in a different area of the island. We changed our minds and booked the Sheraton Kauai. We are so glad we did. We wanted a relaxed atmosphere on the beach and this place delivered. Staff was always friendly. Hanging by the pool was nice because we could order food and drinks. The room was very spacious with a great view of the ocean. The small water bottles every day were an appreciated gesture. Will definitely return.

10/10! Fabulous location, the perfect beach for snorkeling, poolside bar, ample parking, comfy beds and THE place to take in gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets. Make sure to book a reservation, or two, at Rum Fire. Their signature fish dish, butterfish, is to die for.

The staff was great especially my room attendant Elsie who went above and beyond to make my birthday there special as well as kept the room clean and provided amenities that made me comfortable while staying there. Besides the cleanliness I loved the ocean view right from the lanai!
