Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Paid for a room extra and I check three times with them about this (the third being at check in the other two were a week in advance) and the room was empty when we came in. It was supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend as it was our first anniversary and they just completely forgot, we then had to wait an hour for them to put it in and it looked completely rushed. The spa was pretty much broken, my phone was locked in a faulty locker (over half of the lockers had stickers saying out of order so I guess they missed a few other broken lockers. Another guest told us ‘ah I never lock mine it’s always sh*t’) and I had to wait an over 30mins as no member of staff was here. Then on there third day we came back to our room to see that the cleaner had left half a can of Coke in our bathroom. Wouldn’t come back, spent over £700 with them. At checkout they didn’t even bother to ask if we had a nice stay, felt like they had got our money and that was all that matters to them.
