This was a great hotel and the location is really convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and the room and the staff were great! Slight disappointment in the parking situation but it worked out ok. And there was quite a large concentration of homeless folks in the area, but everything was pretty clean outside in spite of that. We would stay here again

Fantastic hotel! Great location being in the middle of downtown, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is on the older side, so there may be some issues with in room noise, but we did not experience this. Would recommend and stay there again. Solid breakfast.
