Stayed here solely to be able to walk to Terminal 5 for an early morning flight. This would have been a higher rating if the heating had been working and the room been warmer. I ended up having to move room and even though a member of staff helped, the new room was quite a way a way and took me a while to do.

Super convenient, reasonably priced, very comfortable accommodations, just two concerns (but big ones): (1) no outlets near the bed (lamps with weird plugs couldn’t be repurposed). I usually plug in 2 or 3 things that need to be near the bed, not on the desk. (2) light controls didn’t work—all on or all off, so I slept with the lights on.

Professional, Affordable Higher End Hotel

Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia.

Like sleeping on a cloud

Sofitel is close to terminal 5 making a quick layover stay convenient and no need to go outside to locate a shuttle bus. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fluffy and high end. Great amenities in the bathroom. The only small criticism is the shower tile floor was very slippery.
