Great location! Clean,convenient and staff was great!

The staff here were excellent! We were greeted every time we came into the lobby or told to have a great day/night when we left. We got a daily text from a staff member asking if we needed anything. The room was clean upon arrival. We didn’t use the cleaning service during our stay after that. We did enjoy the room had two queen beds which was perfect for our family with older kids. The rooftop bar actually had amazing views-I’d 100% recommend to a guest who wants to take in the views! We went on a rainy night but were surprised to see they had igloos we could sit in to enjoy our drinks. The one downfall of the hotel was it was kind of noisy at night. The first night I could have sworn we’d left the window open I could hear so much street noise, sirens, horns, etc. Nope, it was just kind of that way. We got used to it, but it was definitely not quiet in the room at night. The hotel was in a great location to walk to many things. I’d probably pick a quieter neighborhood next time, but everything about the hotel itself was great!

Room was small but just right for my needs. Comfy bed, good temperature, hot water, clean, great price.

Great hotel for a trip to NYC. It is close to literally everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was fine, but I had a flight cancelled and hitels.com, who I booked through contacted the hotel and they would not refubd the first night. Then when I eventually arrived a day later in NY from Auckland there was an issue re the booking. The person on the desk claimed it was a no show. It was sorted when a manager got involved, but very disappointed. Ithe remaining two nights were definitely confirmed. For this reason I will stay somewhere else bext time. There are a number of other nearly hotels of a similar budget price range. When I returned to NY for my fkight home I booked the Hilton express 2 doors down and found the front counter staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff at the Hampton Inn were very helpful and should be commended.

Small room but to be expected in NYC. Bathroom shower could use some updating. Breakfast choices could use some variety and need to be filled appropriately. Wait times for elevators were long at times.
