This is my 4th time here, had it been my first I wouldn’t have gone back. Room was old , worn out and didn’t seem very clean. 27 floors with an ice machine on each one. None of them worked. Not 1

The property had a number of restaurants within a short to moderate walking distance. The rooms were very clean and towels were replenished daily. The room has everything you would need however the room was quite small but compact and more comfortable for one person. The lobby always seemed crowded since it was quite small for a hotel of its size but the lobby staff were very helpful and friendly and the check in process was as quick and easy. Getting an uber was quick as well usually within a 5-10 minute time frame. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to NYC.

Lobby and common areas are well kept but the halls and room were in need of maintenance, walls were dingy with stains and scuffs. There was sand or dirt of some kind on the bed and hair on the shower wall. Overall an ok place for the price point and it is a great location because everything is very close.

Everything in the room is broken, no ice service to the room, and in addition to that the ice machines were broken on every floor. You couldn’t get through to any of the hotel numbers like Concierge or front desk absolute rip off stay away.

I booked this hotel after seeing pictures that clearly showed a hot tub, only to find out after booking that they had discontinued it. This was never clarified anywhere, which felt very misleading. When I contacted the front desk about it, the staff was rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but no one was available, and no one followed up with me afterward. To make things worse, they refused to give me a refund despite the misleading impression. Very disappointing experience — misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value and rooms

We had a family connected room. Although it wasn’t quite ready right away, the staff kept me up to date and came out of their desk to give me the card keys. We only waited for 20 minutes and the family connected rooms were spacious. The ice machines weren’t working but it was nbd for us. Close to everything and able to find parking during the weekend. We appreciated the view on the higher floors and the rooms were clean.

We arrived early and were told it would cost $60 for early check-in. We checked our bags for $3/ea. check-in was self service. The rooms were very small and extremely outdated. They were VERY dirty. Piping around pleather furnishings had crud in it. Crud everywhere. Many complaints. Needless to say it’s 20 years overdue. I won’t be back.

Cool and fun hotel. My only complaint is that one in our party uses a wheelchair and trying to get in an elevator was daunting bc the doors close again immediately. At check out we missed 3 elevators before someone exiting saw us having trouble and held the door while I backed the wheelchair in. I observed able bodied people with one luggage not make it in time after merely waiting for passengers to exit the elevator and had the doors close on them.

The property wasn't bad looking at all but the room we got was nothing of what we expected. First we notice the bed didn't work like it said on the description we could never move it. We even had to connect the tv because it was unplugged and behind it was disgusting dirty. The furniture looked old, and it was barely space to walk in the room. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and the room service didn't do their job we ask for new towels the first time we didn't got any and the second time we only got one towel. And also we went to get ice and water to the machine and not only didn't work was also so disgusting and smelly. The guys on the concierge were very attractive and the locations of the hotel was perfect. But I don't think I would stay again there.
