Overall it went well. But towards the end I got knocks on the door with security because someone tried to check out my room before I could even come down and check out. It wasn’t even time to check out yet I had about 15 mins left before check out.

It wasn’t so much about the property… For the money you spend, and I know it’s the big city, the rooms were just not worth it. First of all, we’re traveling with a 61, 72, and 82-year-old women. They put us in a room which we were told was a queen bed and a twin bed, but failed to tell us that the twin bed was hanging from the ceiling. Which one of us do you think was gonna climb up there? The room was the size of a shoebox. Now we did move to another room for another $107, but they provide you with nothing… No coffee pot, no fridge, no ice bucket… none of the “ essentials” that are provided with much less expensive hotels. The place is beautiful and we were there to see my daughter perform but the rooms are pathetic unless you pay $1000 a night. Don’t know if they get coffee or a fridge or a nice bucket… Won’t go there again

Convenient area for tourist visiting the area . It’s close to the train station. Staff was friendly and willing to assist . It’s in close proximity to time square. There are many dinning options in the area also.

Rooms are a bit run down. Kiosks not operational and understaffed front desk so line was long for check in. Coffee machine broken and while a known issue, no sign left so a line of people attempted to purchase (and seemed like the card reader worked and would charge the card) Overall, a bit underwhelming. Stays in the past were great.

I booked two nights with my best friend for Charli XCX and had the most spectacular time here! The staff does a great job at making you feel comfortable and making sure you have a luxurious experience. Amazing views of the NYC skyline and close to Times Square as well! Will be staying here again.

The location of this hotel was the best part. 8 min walk to subway station, and 12 min walk to Times Square. Staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. My room had a great view and bed was comfortable, very clean too. Housekeeping staff and services were very friendly. The only thing negative is there is no hair dryers in the room, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

2nd time staying. Great location and staff, building needs maintenance. AC in room was 80 2 nights, too hot to sleep until they moved us to another room. Only 1 elevator and we stayed on 27th, so way too many stops coming down and a big line on the 4th floor to go up.
