Great value hotel in fantastic location

Stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Spa Suite. Quick, easy and friendly check in. The Suite was a great size - really big living area and bathroom. Very comfy king size bed. Great location between Nelson and Shoal bay. Lots of free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms did not have toasters or tissues the smoking area was not cleaned the whole time we stayed. No lift so there were lots of stairs to climb.

The bathroom showers tap was leaking hot water from the wall, it took a long time to adjust the temperature of the water while having a shower, the fan was very noisy.
