Very clean tidy comfortable room! Very easy check in. Was better than expected! Only negative is someone in the room near us was blasting music and singing kareoke most of the night so we didn’t get much sleep. Stricter rules for being quiet after 10pm would have made this experience much better.

Messaged the property to say we would be checking in late. They said I would be sent the details of after hours check in for the lockbox at 4pm on day of arrival via text. No text recieved, no message & the phone number wouldn’t go through. Had to stop to use a payphone in a different town at 9pm to just get the info to get in. Dated rooms, cockroaches in the room and rust on much of the furniture. Low level of cleanliness and overall poor quality.

Very poor reception staff. Knocked the door at 9:45 AM asking to check out. Insane. It was mentioned as 1,183.92 AUD for 3 nights stay during the reservation, but they deducted 1,201.68 AUD (Debit card payment, not CC). Do not recommend anyone going there or I will not go there again.
