Cleanliness, well appointed accommodations. Having room service. The breakfast line was extremely longb but it was nice that there was a separate restaurant available. I would stay again.

The room was clean but the tv was not working and the walls are thinner than thin so, you hear everything. The staff are nice but they harass you to leave 1-2 hours before checkout. They kept knocking and trying to come in the room when it wasn’t even close to check out time. They did it 4 times and I do not understand why. I wouldn’t book again at this location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds aren't the best, a bit soft. The staff are very friendly and all willing to help. Keep in mind that they only offer breakfast, which is very good; the buffet has everything you could want. There's a cafeteria, but it doesn't offer much. It's close to many restaurants and Times Square. Overall, it's good; I recommend it.
