Staff exceptionally professional and friendly. Without asking, the receptionist checked us in early and upgraded our room. The buffet breakfast was beyond belief. Everything was fresh and delicious. This will be my go to hotel whenever I am in NYC!

Excellent service, comfortable room, clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip and I am recommending to all my friends and family. This place was absolutely perfect compared to the previous hotel we stayed at (different company). I will now only stay at all Riu properties! The late check out feature was awesome considering our flight times. The hotel was comfortably heated. Beds were so comfortable. The bar was excellent. Only thing I would of asked for was a microwave and mini bar within the room.
