Overall a very good stay. The air conditioning in the room did not work but fortunately there is a window that opens so room temperature was moderated by the fresh air.

Comfortable, great service and food

Amazing stay for 2 nights with the family. Comfortable room and sofa bed, spacious bathroom. Really good breakfast buffet and location is right in heart of midtown. Can easily walk to Times Square, Central Park and rockerfeller center. Would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and I arrived midafternoon and had an easy checkin. The clerk neglected to inform us that we had to put our key in a special spot to get the electricity to come on. The beds were very comfortable but also were pushed together which seemed odd. The shower had great pressure and plenty of space but the shaded glass walls were an odd choice. Overall we really liked it and would stay there again.

Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return Unfortunately, our experience at Riu Times Square was very disappointing. The hotel felt cheap and extremely loud, making it hard to relax. The front desk staff were surprisingly rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Definitely not the experience we expected. We will not be returning.

Times Square traffic is crazy. Parking is a challenge. Otherwise, it’s my first choice for a weekend trip to NYC to see a show. The breakfast is also crazy! Crazy Good 😊.

Poor experience at breakfast every morning. Didn’t matter what time you arrived there were huge queues. Not an enjoyable experience. There was a very strong smell of cat urine on level 9. Lengthy queues for the lifts every time. Disappointing that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Overall an average experience which is disappointing and the hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very nice and friendly. After coming out of the taxi feeling very sick, they gave me a bottle of water to help me feel better.

Skip it. Go anywhere else.

The air conditioning did not work. The bath and facial tissue was so thin it fell apart. The shower was impossible and leaked everywhere. We were told we could change rooms at inconvenient times that we would be out in the city. No effort was made to correct this miserable overpriced experience. The TV randomly came in at all hours while we were sleeping.
