Fridge wasn’t cooling. Restroom door wouldn’t fully close and we thought breakfast was included in our stay. Every time we came back to hotel after being out a/c would be off it would be very hot in the room. Staff were nice and room/restroom was clean.

Arlo midtown was the perfect stay for my partner & I for his 30th birthday. Our room was on a high floor & on the corner - the views were incredible, we could even see the Empire State building. The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was clean, modern and welcoming. A great location for getting to Time Square, jumping on the subway to get up and downtown and lots of dining options around for either a quick bite or something a little nicer. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to people visiting New York City.

When we first arrived, the bathroom was not clean and the toilet was filled with toilet paper. So they switched our room, where the next bathroom had drainage issues. Also the rooms are very tiny, you can barely open your suitcase. Do not recommend.
