Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Bar area and dining areas, esp atrium area, very relaxing! “Dining attendant “Junior” provided exceptional service as did Anastasia upon checking in. The building internal designs are ingenious for making the most of narrow areas. Exciting!

Nice hotel in Midtown - we had great access to everything in Manhattan. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great. The lobby with little sitting areas and a bar and coffee shop were very inviting. The rooftop access gives great city views. Excellent stay.

My go-to hotel when visiting via NYP (Moynihan)

Love this hotel. Perfect location when visiting the city via NYP (Moynihan). Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very good HVAC, excellent bar/ restaurant.

Shower was broken, couldn’t change the heat and it was burning hot. The bathroom door was broken and would not shut. After day 3 of complaining to the front desk someone eventually turned up to fix the shower temperature adjuster but the bathroom door was not fixed, we had to use a towel to keep it closed when in use which was a shame. Room was a lot smaller than what you see online, it’s not an issue aslong as you’re aware. Cleaners were amazing, nothing was an issue and they kept our room sevoced to a high standard. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the maintenance issues.

Perfect hotel for one or two nights stay on business. Despite my shoe box size room, it was well designed, carefully considered and comfortable. The hotel has a downtown hipster vibe that is cooler looking than the neighbor and clientele. Very friendly and engaging staff, which makes a pleasant change from other hotels in Manhattan that I’ve stayed in.

An overall good stay - I was a bit disappointed with the condition of my room where the blinds, phone, and sink were not working properly but they quickly rectified the situation and moved me to a new room. Unfortunately the phone was broken here too. A good stay otherwise

Room had a lot of dust where you hang your coats. Very small but expected. We ordered food at 6:00 am and front desk didn’t give us a courtesy notification but threw it away instead. However they made up for it with a credit towards my stay. Staff is lovely and very helpful very safe place. Oh and bartenders were excellent
