The customer service was excellent but I wish this hotel had washer and dryer facilities -I had to send out 4 pads to be cleaned and the cost was $103.00 Yikes!!! that is steep

Enjoyable stay, a nice room with a terrace was a great. Nice for a sit down to have a relaxing drink after a day out. We liked the hotel a lot. It was convenient for getting to places via the subway. The streets around the hotel were a bit grubby.

I loved that the keycard was your key to the elevator. The food at the hotel was great! So was the cafe. I appreciate Arlo and this will be my go to hotel for New York. Only caveat… the room is a tad small, but I also felt like I was living the NYC life while in it. lol. Thank you!

Property was great. Beautiful Happy Hour bar. Main restaurant was great. Friendly staff and very walkable to the convention center. I didn’t make it to the rooftop but everything else was EXCELLENT!!
