Beds were super soft, and breakfast pancakes were scrumptious! Bathroom is small, but from what I understand, all are like that in NYC. This was our first time to be in New York, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The staff and the property were top notch. The addition of the furnished terrace was a special bonus, especially in the middle of NYC. Our visit was a celebration of a special birthday for my sister and it will be one she ( we) won’t soon forget! See you again!

The location is perfect and convenient for both public transportation access and shopping. It’s closed to time square but also it’s quiet. We’re served by three wonderful staff: Mme. Ola M., Mr. Alex R., and Mr. Jorge. With their welcoming hospitality and expertise, it makes our journey even more memorable. Definitely I strongly recommend Arlo hotel for those seeking a place hotel in New York.
