Great stay! The staff were helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is perfect, blocks away from Times Square and Broadway shows, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was also a plus, with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

It was my first time in NYC and it was my hubands birthday on our stay,When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff.Price was great.They went beyond our expectationns.They decorated the room with balloons for my husbands birthday and left goodies for welcoming me to NYC.The room had the perfrect view to the Edge and many more buildings.It was very clean and very comfortable.Breakfast was free every morning with eggs,sausage,potatoes,bagels,toast,fruits,yogurt,cereal etc,Every single staff member from the front desk to janitors to room cleaners were so helpful and friendly.I recommend this to anyone! Its close to Time square and many other places! So many restaurants and bars near by,It was amazing staying here and will definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was good. Place is a 10-20 min. walk to most theaters. Take note that the rooms are small; that didn't matter to us, but it is worth pointing out as it may matter to others. I would give five stars, but can't do it. Even though the front desk said the bar would fill a bag of ice for us, the female bartender with glasses and red braids refused to do it, and was pretty rude about it in the process.
