This was a great spot for us to stay 3 nights. Close enough to walk to the busy streets of NYC. Three of us stayed in a King Suite. Bed and pull out were comfy. Security and front desk staff were kind and accommodating.

Very good location. Away from Times Square, but just a few blocks away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. NYC in this area is not quiet, but we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Hotel is awesome! A gem in Hells Kitchen. But be sure to stay on the side of the hotel OPPOSITE the nearby restaurant with the rooftop bar.

Stayed here for a cruise the next day. The staff was quick and friendly. We were able to store our luggage for a little bit after check out before our cruise was ready to board at no cost. All in all no complaints. The area around the hotel can be suspect but welcome to New York the hotel can’t be responsible for that.

The river view was amazing from the private balcony. If i had to nit pick i wish i would have known about the need for a reservation to the lounge before i got to my room. But i was able to make one same day just hours later so not to bad, the Birdcage was really good.
