Room key system is sporadic

I enjoyed my stay in August. It is close to everything and right next door to the subway. The hotel is quiet, small food store on the premises, plenty of elevators. If you book this hotel, you want a room with the city view. Was able to see marathon runners below us. This hotel was far better than I expected., being in Times Square. Just be careful of the breakfast buffet, know before you go, it is 45$ per person. All in all it was a great place to stay.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t serve breakfast. The bed was a little hard but other than that it was a good place to stay. Close to Time Square and Most theaters. I would recommend it and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean every day they cleaned it without even asking. the rooms were big enough we had a late check in it was fast and convenient

Second time staying at the Arlo and once again it didn’t disappoint. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Property and rooms are clean, in a great area to dining and shopping and food and drink options on the premises are excellent

Our stay was awesome! The entire staff, especially Cathy at the front desk, were so helpful and really made our stay so much better for my daughter and I. We had a great time and can’t wait to book it again next year!
