Midtown all inclusive resorts

The concierge was very and helpful, and for that I am forever grateful. He took the time, and saw to my needs as I had just found out the passing of a friend. Thank you to this hotel for employing such a fine gentleman.

Being by Grand Central Station, the trains are very close and available to use. The staff at the Westin Grand is peerless. I honked in after a full day of NYC tourist events and the floor manager brought me a bag of ice. And the concierge was relentless in helping us to find our was. Best of all the desk workers were extremely helpful and kind.

If you just need a place to rest your feet and sleep, then this place is for you. Our room had a twin over twin bunkbed with plenty of charging ports, reading lights, and a bluetooth-capable TV for each bunk. Rain-drop shower with separated sprayer, shampoo etc included. It was all we needed for our trip to the Big Apple near Times Square.

The staff makes this property! They were excellent! It’s a busy area with people coming and going all the time. The staff does an excellent job smoking, greeting you and every person that walks in the door. Just a friendly smile in a city where most people keep their heads down in a hurry to get to the next big thing… it was appreciated. It is on a dark street. Lighting could be better but the location off Times Square was awesome. I felt safe in the hotel. Elevators are locked to only guests and staff.

Only thing was too long line at arrival. We were tired. Everything else was fine. I loved the pillows, we all did. Also towel quality was good. We are satisfied all in all
