Room is extremely small and it was loud at night. The shower did not water. I expected a little better experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We love staying at Margaritaville Resort Times Square and have stayed here a couple of times now. The room is very comfortable and we had a great view; the front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful.
