No water bottles even in 500 Dollars per day stay

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days . Normally we expect 1 or 2 bottles of water in the room which was not the case here. Even there was no dining facility in the hotel. We had to fetch drinking water either from 2nd floor or from a deli store nearby and be mindful that the property additionally charges 40 dollars per day for the aminities. The location of the hotel is great, right at Times square.

Solo business/vacation trip for Art week

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area had convenient transport and food options as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Jojo and Jonathan who worked the front desk on my last day were particularly hospitable. I would 100% recommend Aura Times Square to any solo travellers or those going to NYC on a business or friends' trip :)

Good hotel, couple issues was that they did not have hand soap in the room. We asked and they said they did not have? Second they have a coffee machine in the room but no water to fill it up, no water bottles.

An Oasis in the Heart of Manhattan

Our recent stay at the Aura Hotel Times Square was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and the warm, professional welcome from the front desk staff. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and a short walk to major subway lines, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. It's the perfect balance of central convenience and calm retreat. Our room was immaculately clean and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night’s sleep—something that can be hard to find in Midtown Manhattan! If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming, and perfectly located hotel in New York City, look no further than the Aura Hotel Times Square. It’s a hidden gem.

Fantastic location - easy to talk to the Subway, tons of food options on the same street and in the area. Large room (for NYC standards) and really great staff (from the front desk to the baggage storage area (that team was great) and just overall convenience and safety. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Only recommendation is to change out the mop heads more often when cleaning and to ensure that the cleaning is a priority.
