Cozy but was a fine stay

Would have liked a slightly longer blanket but the ones we had were fine! There was a crusty sock under one of the mattresses when we got there. We threw it out. Otherwise the room was fine, it was small but given the location that’s what we expected. We used it to sleep and it was effective for that! Would stay again, fantastic central location (which does mean some city noise if that matters to you)

The Aura hotel was beautiful and well maintained. I loved the interior of the rooms. Each piece was selected for convenience and fashion at the same time. I will definitely stay here again if presented with the opportunity!

Location was great but overall condition of the property was very subpar - the bathtub was clogged, the carpet had a very nasty visible stain and the bathroom door handle was broken. It made me feel like some of the reviews here may be fake - def didn't feel like a VIP level hotel from Expedia and there are better choices at this price point nearby. The staff changed the room but def sensed an attitude - no apologies or regret and it felt like they didn't care much.

In the heart of times square

Super convenient to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, and theatres in easy walking distance. Hotel staff were all welcoming. Great price. Very comfortable bed and full bath/shower. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient, 2 minute walk from Times Square. Many food options right outside the property, the bar next door is great too. Biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in while visiting New York. Highly recommend !

Superb spot steps from Times Square

Amenities great. Staff very friendly. The first room I booked (by mistake) for me and my teen was just a bit wider than a queen bed, desk and TV were tiny, window overlooked a shaft. I asked to change to a room with 2 beds and Ana was very helpful and got us a new room in mere moments. Location is perfect - steps away from Times Square and many public transportation options.
