Bad smell in room

The pod hotel is really great. 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It is spotless. Concierge are super helpful and so knowledgeable. We didn’t eat here and only had 1 drink at the bar as New a York is outside the hotel. It’s 5min walk from Times Square, the bus station and 10min from Javits Conference centre, the Vessel & Hudson Yards. The rooms are compact but for 3 days were perfect as they are really clean and shower is awsome. Cleaned every day. Remember to put your “Service Now” plate on the outside of the metal door. I really do like pod hotel.

The only hotel I stay in nyc!! Perfect location

The property was very convenient to walk to subway stations, Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Wish it had a coffee maker in the room. It was a hassle to go down 40 floors to grab a cup of coffee in the morning.

Staff was super sweet and friendly. Was able to give us directions at times too. Food was amazing in the lobby bar. And the waiter we had is super awesome.

Elevators were inadequate for the number of floors and people staying there. Breakfast a madhouse each day. Very average. Staff were cheerful, helpful, profesional.
