Well first of all we have been going to NYC for years and have never experienced the conditions that we stayed in. Staff was great, but could not change anything because we booked with Expedia as I have for years. This Hotel room was so small that we could only open one suitcase at a time.! The beds were supposed to be queen, was not! Shower curtain was very soiled and in the booking picture it showed glass shower door. Very, very disappointed with Expedia. Change the photos for this hotel on site. It's very misleading. After talking with the staff and manager of Hotel we and nothing they could do, we had to make the best of it and only stayed in the room at night around bed time. That's all

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn- Times Square South was excellent! Every staff member we encountered- from the front office desk to the cleaning staff- were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in New York City.

My daughters and I were very happy with the room. We were really happy that we were able to check in early so we could freshen up before going to our first Broadway show at 2. The staff was very pleasant and even when busy with the chaos of checkout-they were attentive to everyone.
