The room air conditioner made epic noise every few minutes making sleep impossible. Super difficult at breakfast for seating. Foods almost decent. Location is amazing. One elevator had the emergency phone ringing every day. Coffee was good! There’s better places to stay in Manhattan!

The room was an expected size for a New York City hotel room. The issue that we had with our particular room is that our air conditioner did not work properly. We had a maintenance person check it twice and was told there was no issue, but our room continued to stay warm! The only thing that saved us, was that it was cool outside and we were able to open our window to let the cool air in. It was also difficult trying to get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone to even report our issue. We ended up having to go to the front desk to report it. Also, the hotel breakfast area could have been larger due to the volume of people passing through, but kudos to the staff for making sure all the breakfast was stocked and plates were cleared quickly.
