Extremely cramped room, exacerbated by the presence of two queen beds. I was alone. The a/c was fine, the staff was always helpful. The included breakfast was ok, but you had to walk into the lobby to get coffee in a paper cup--no real cups anywhere. The wlll-mounted TV and art were in shadow boxes thet made the walk to the door or bathroom even tighter. I had many bruises on my shoulder from carelessly walking past.

This is by far the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was about 12 inches away from the wall, so you had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom. There was no where to store luggage. Im pretty sure this is what it would be like to be in jail. Thankfully, a clean, quite jail, but tiny all the same. Plus, it took 5 elevators before we could get down in the morning it was so busy.

The Hampton Inn New York was all that one could want on a girls' trip to NYC. The hotel was updated, modern and clean. Staff was beyond excellent. The guest rooms and adjoining bathrooms are very small, but that is to be expected in the city. The complimentary breakfast is really expansive, and there was ample seating for this service. This hotel is very convenient to Times Square, theaters, Radio City Music Hall, the subway, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location was perfect! All staff were super ! Helping those over 80 asking subway ?’s they were wonderful to get us to the correct corners for goin uptown or down town👍 Best, fastest way to get around in NYC to avoid street closures for VIPs getting to UN mtgs. Good breakfast daily variety including fresh fruit options! We hope to return!
