As a member of the Hilton brand, and having stayed in Hampton Inn's in the past, I was unprepared for the poor quality of this hotel experience. You can expect long delays (20+ minutes) waiting for designated elevators you have to take to get up/down from your room to lobby, poor quality mattresses to sleep on that are rock hard like wood, cramped/claustrophobic hotel rooms, gross breakfast "included" with the room with limited options - Comfort Inn does a much better breakfast included with their rooms, and is less expensive to stay at, and the A/C that has to be run all the time, is so loud that if you are trying to watch the tv, you cannot hear it over the A/C running. Granted, staying in midtown, you spend a lot of time out of the room because the only good thing about this hotel is the location, but for the money spent, there are better options. I would never stay in this hotel again.
