The staff are super friendly. Sara and Melody go above and beyond. Will definitely be returning.

Love the central location. Close to Penn Station for all trains. Walking distance to Times Square, as well as to the High Line at Hudson Yards. Security at the entrance to the elevators is a plus. The Tic Toc 24 hr restaurant is not only convenient but has great food.

I appreciated all there help, with staying when our flight was canceled, a envelope, forgetting our plug, very very helpful and patience Great place to stay

During the night, we had people knocking on our door, then screaming and walking away from the door. Not desirable!!! Otherwise, the hotel was clean and staff were personable. The surrounding area is dirty and unfortunately homelessness was very evident on this street. Centrally located with easy walking access to many restaurants, theatres, shopping mall and other NYC well known site of attraction's. Parking although not on site, it’s within walking distance (affiliated parking lot) on the same side and street- about 100 feet.

Excellent staff, they even let me check in early. I would definitely return. Location is a 5 minute walk to the train station which is perfect for me. Times square is probably about 20 minutes walking.
