The room smelled bad. Everytime we come in from outside it smelled like someone has been smoking inside the room. We cut our trip two days short because the hotel didn't meet our expectations. The water in the sink smelled like sewer. The AC didn't work very well. Some of the front desk people were rude. Also, keep an eye on your cards that you used when you check in. They have charged me extra $250 multiple times. And the bad part is they refuse to help me. I would never stay here again.

Good location, but a shame there was mould on the carpet. Bathroom is dated & shower curtain didn’t smell very pleasant. Deposit taken & then deducted tourist tax - still not received correct remaining balance of deposit.

Overall it was ok. The location is near Times Square (walkable). Our room had an unpleasant odor that came from the water of the bathroom, the carpet was also wet. The key cards were not working properly. We had to go back to the front office many times. At last, there are only 2 elevators, when 1 was down we had to wait around an hour to go downstairs. Anyway, the staff is very helpful and nice, especially Michelle and Deven !

Great hotel. Why was I charged a security deposit at check-in, when ì had paid in full in advance? I was told that it would be refunded on checkout however at checkout i was told 5 days after checkout i will receive my deposit back. Not impressed

The staff was excellent from front desk to cleaning and breakfast staff, all friendly and terrific. The property itself is a typical Manhattan hotel, just beat up from constant use, small rooms and 2 elevators for 35 floors of rooms. The staff as mentioned does a terrific job keeping it clean and they are friendly and helpful.

Everything was good except that in the mornings, during the breakfast rush, it can be really hard to get an elevator. They are full to go down and there’s a line to go up.
