Staff was friendly. Enah was great! She was so accommodating and sweet. Elevator situation!!! Glad I read the previous comments about the elevator situation and requested a room on lower floor. I was able to walk to 3rd floor. Thanks for everything.

Only one elevator was working - terribly long waits. The room furnishings were very worn - wallpaper peeling, countertops all scratched up, lampshades squished, the door would only open if you lifted the handle up. Basically everything in the room needs replaced.

Staff member at the front desk during check-in was not friendly and welcoming. A unexpected charge was not clearly explained. One of the elevators was down which resulted in lengthy delays to and from the rooms. At no point was this brought to the attention of visitors prior to the stay not upon check-in. Bed was uncomfortable. Despite this, the engineering team that controlled the only working elevator was friendly and helpful and the room cleaning was acceptable.

One lift was out of action first week and manually operated during week 2, very frustrating would not stay here again. We now know the lift issue has been ongoing for a long long time. The staff were amazing dealing with frustrated people over and over

Beds were really hard. Elevators weren’t working so we were constantly walking 11 flights of stairs. Glad we weren’t higher up in the building. Food is decent! Typical hotel breakfast food. WiFi was cutting in and out often, and our room keys stopped working 3 or 4 times. Lots of angry people about the elevators though, so I felt bad for the staff. Location was excellent! Right next to time square.

Our stay at this hotel has been quite unpleasant and inconvenient due to ongoing elevator issues. We understand that maintenance problems can occur unexpectedly; however, since we are traveling with several guests over the age of 50, it has been extremely difficult for us to go up and down the floors without a functioning elevator.

Really old hotel with no updates and elevators don’t work Tub broken .. bad mattresss , bathroom won’t work and we complained no one ever came To check the whole time Goin up and down the elevator took 15/20 mins wait . We had to climb the stairs many times from the 7th floor . It was a huge hassle . Not very well maintained hotel at all . Giving 2 stars only for its location
