Everyone who works at the Hampton Inn was excellent. Very friendly welcoming and two of the highlights of the place are the breakfast which are full breakfast with extremely helpful staff there in a nice quiet setting and the afternoon fresh baked cookies so yummy

The staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was clean, up-to-date, and not too cramped for NYC. The lobby was also nice and offered some seating. Breakfast wasn't bad for a free meal.

Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and service was phenomenal. The curly head lady at the front was so helpful. We arrived 3 hours before check in and she got us in a room as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend this place when taking a trip to New York.

There was a huge clump of hair on the wall in the shower, it was disgusting. We asked on 7 different occasions for the hair to be removed during our 2 day stay. It was finally removed at 10am, an hour before we checked out. Beyond disgusting!
