Great location, hotel is good, clean and well serviced. Breakfast busy early morning but well stocked . Perfect location to walk to major sights. Bring comfy shoes or trainers as you will get your steps in

Please do not stay here. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is the front desk. Our room smelled, the windows and blankets were dirty and the area is abysmal.

Pleasant stay

Close to subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. Room itself was spacious and clean and I liked that I could turn off the AC and it wouldn’t auto restart. They clean the rooms daily unless you leave the DND sign outside. Elevators were slow to get in the morning during peak time (took 10mins once) but outside of peak times, came quickly! Friendly staff who made check in very smooth as I arrived past midnight due to flight delays. I only tried their breakfast once and I think they could have a better/wider selection for guests as some of the potato cubes were not fully cooked through. It was a pleasant stay for what I needed, very comfortable bed, fridge and coffee amenities inside the room with a large TV. No weird bathroom smells but you may need to let the water run for a while in the mornings/late evenings for it to warm up. I felt safe in walking in the area (of course, still keep your wits about you as a tourist) and there are many food spots nearby (I.e., 7/11, Pret, etc within 4mins walking distance) so I would recommend for a short, convenient and affordable stay in NYC.

It was clean but dated! And one of the two elevators was broken the whole time we were there, only on elevator was working. It took forever to get an elevator. We had to walk the whole time and thankfully we were on the 12th floor. Very hot in the hallways.

Staff worked hard to keep everything clean, desk staff were busy but nice to deal with. Walking distance to times square. Rooms a little small for 4 adults with luggage, but it is new York, so, space is limited everywhere, overall it was a good experience

Ok for a quick stay. Wouldn’t stay long term.

Our stay was ok. The property did offer a crib for my child and breakfast had an amazing selection . The main issue was the elevator. There’s 2 elevators for 30 or so floors. The wait for the elevator was already very long and then one broke down. Then the other one broke down and we had to call the front desk to get them to send the elevator that was being run manually to our floor. We tried to call the front desk and got a customer service line that wasn’t even someone at the hotel and our call had to be redirected to the location. We would have taken the stairs had we not had 2 young kids and a stroller with us.

It’s a crowded, somewhat messy area of the. It’s. Not surprising and what we expected for the price. Lobby area not impressive but on the upside, free breakfast was good, staff very helpful, room, matress & pillows were very comfortable. It’s a 3 star property and good for location (Amtrak & Port Authority) plus cookies available in the afternoon!

Location is close to everything, the rooms aren't as small as people say and the bathrooms are decently sized too. As many have said maybe a little update on the rooms wouldn't go amiss. Service however? Everything single staff member is friendly, kind and polite but professional. We had a issue on checking in but spoke to Eduardo (he is amazing and very kind) the following day and he resolved it immediately. Honestly we had a wonderful experience and breakfast is pretty damn decent. (Thank you Cesar) Thank you to all the staff who helped us and made our stay wonderful.

Good stay with some points for improvement

Overall a good experience. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The big negative point is the elevator that does not work properly. I, like many other guests, had to wait for very long or use the staircases. I also think that the hotel must do an effort to use reusable plates and table cultery. In 2025, it is no longer OK to use carton and plastic, even eco friendly

El hotel es chico, no es cómodo, tanto las áreas comunes como la habitación. En los horarios pico es difícil conseguir un ascensor o conseguir lugar para desayunar, tenés que esperar que se desocupen. Para tomar un ascensor tenés que tener paciencia y en ocasiones utilizábamos las escaleras por la excesiva demora. Eramos 4 y la habitación es muy chica. No pudimos desarmar el equipaje porque no había lugar ni espacio donde poner las cosas. Tuvimos que dejar casi toda nuestra ropa en la valija. La propiedad en general parece mucho mas vieja de lo que es. El baño es chico también, y no está separado de la ducha, lo que dificulta el uso si son 4 personas. La limpieza de habitación es buena, no tanto de las zonas comunes. Por otro lado es silencioso y la climatización adecuada. El desayuno está bien, no es muy variado pero es abundante. Excelente la atención de Cesar, está atento y es super amable durante el desayuno.
