Great property close to all the action in NYC near Times Square. We stay here every 3 months when we take the train to NYC. The staff is always super friendly and they gave us great advice about taking the train to the US Open Instead of an uber. Will continue to stay at this great property which also has great views of the city depending on which floor you stay on. The upper floors have the best views of course.

They never clean my room. I called several times, stayed four nights, and my room was cleaned only once, no matter how many times I put the clean room " sign. I even talked to the cleaning person, and she never showed up to clean my room. Awful experience

It was overall okay. The location is convenient. But for this price per night, I'd expect the staff to be more trained and service to be much better. Please educate your staff (especially the front desk ones) about how to treat a paying customer.
