Nicole, front desk agent was a pleasure she felt like a long time friend. She was friendly & helpful, my flight got in early and they accommodated me with an earlier check in and before that they checked my bags so I could sight see till the room was ready. Great location 8mins to time square walking distance. Room was clean & comfortable.

Within walking distance of Times Square. Room looked and felt clean. Water pressure was good. AC worked well but a little loud. Beds were hard, so if you have to sleep on soft mattresses I would probably look elsewhere. Overall worth the price compared to other hotels around.

Perfect location! Everything is close and within walking distance. Very good area to weather traveling for business or checking out the city. Chloe and Jackie, checked us in and were amazing.
