Great front desk staff!! Other than the guy who barely acknowledged me and only took out one earbud to talk to me and seemed bother that I had inte was really great friendly and professional. Room was very comfy and spacious.

The lobby is welcoming and front desk was nice. The rooms on the other hand are a different story. Dirty and moldy smelling. We had to switch rooms because of air conditioning and shower problems, then to only have similar problems in 2nd room. Both rooms air filters had to be changed and when they took them out there was so much dust it floated. So gross that the air conditioning unit could not work. Our final room was cleaner the the first it was just a huge inconvenience changing rooms when you are only there 2 nights. I had stayed at Empire 2 years ago and was happy to go back, but that r we I’ll not ever happen again. They need to completely clean every air conditioning unit and fix showers in all rooms.

The room was microscopic and there were paint specs everywhere. It seemed like they rushed to finish these rooms. For this price I would have expected better appointments as well.
