I love everything about the hotel. Great vibe, clean, awesome neighborhood. The only thing that was difficult for me was the temperature control. You can't set the heat any lower than 68 degrees and if you completely turn off the heat and open the window, my room never got below 70 and it was below zero outside. I might be the exception, but I can't sleep in a room that's warmer than 65 degrees so I didn't sleep much.

There was no microwave or refridge in the room. I had surgery in nyc and needed to heat up soup. The front desk and housekeeping said they couldn’t help even though there was a microwave in the employee lounge. Most unhelpful staff. There was only one cup for Coffee in the room and there was two of us there. If you need guest privileges this is not the place for you.

Very cozy spacious and elegant room with beautiful interior and all necessities. Great location, street view is wonderful and not noisy. Staff is very caring and respectful, butlers were absolutely great and helped with luggage and a stroller ❤️

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is great, one block from the subway. Restaurants and Duane Reade a short walk away. The staff was friendly. Hope to stay again.
