My group of three stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Upon check-in on Wednesday, we informed the front desk that our room did not have enough pillows and that the room phone was completely out of order (the cord was severed). We were told a technician would be sent to fix the phone.
Later that evening, after asking twice about the pillows, I returned to the front desk and was told they were out of pillows. At that time, we were again told someone would be sent to fix the phone. Unfortunately, no one ever came to repair it during our entire five-day stay. Additionally, the front desk associate seemed more focused on talking with a friend than assisting us.
For the nearly $2,000 we spent, we expected a much nicer experience. The room door felt flimsy, appeared damaged, and was noticeably dirty throughout the whole room. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we are unlikely to stay here again.
