Super location on the Upper West Side. Great in-house café. Near great shops, restaurants and subway. Large rooms and comfy baths at this price point. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Staff very nice, location perfect, rooms immaculate, beds comfortable. You must ask for extra amenities as they have robes, and slippers. You may also get a refrigerator. I think that is wise as it cuts down on extra laundry regarding robes etc.. and I can only imagine the hassle of keeping up 400 plus refrigerators. I like the fact that you can go down in the am and purchase coffee and baked goods. I would rebook there

On the city side 1 of the elevators wasn’t working. Usually there are make up wipes in the bathroom. There weren’t any. Otherwise, it is my hotel of choice when I’m in the city.
