Hotel is quite dated and amenities are poor. The lobby is nice, rooms are significantly subpar for 2025. Had a cheap feel and staff on site were neither friendly nor interested in working. Only rating this property at 2-stars due to the location. Would not stay here again.

Front desk staff super unfriendly. I tried to check in early, which I appreciate can’t always be accommodated, however front desk staff just said nothing available. Showed no interest about my stay, didn’t ask my name, didn’t offer for me to wait in the Lounge, absolutely disgraceful! What has happened to customer service?!? The bar staff were super friendly, and really made up for the poor service at front desk. Cleaners were friendly and accommodating too. Room was nice a d big, but antiquated no desk or chair, AC was very loud to the point it was difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s an ok hotel at best, especially given the price, I expected more. The front desk service was incredibly poor!

The stay was okay. It worked, but probably won't be staying here again. The elevators were constantly broken, I had to walk up nine flights of stairs multiple times to make it in time for meetings. There was a bug on one of my towels. The rooms felt like people were going in and out. My "city view" was literally of the wall of another building and sliver of city. The sheets were scratchy. Again, if you need a cheap stay and you're not picky, this works. But probably won't stay again.

So it’s a fine enough place with decent accommodations. Just not the most comfortable bed and although it was a king, there were only three pillows so my husband got two and only had one and was pretty much uncomfortable all night. And then in the morning there, we noticed there were only two full-size towels, and I usually need to one for my body and one for my hair, but he needed one too, so I couldn’t wash my hair so an extra pillow and an extra blanket seems pretty standard in every other hotel that I’ve stayed in, which is quite a few. There are so many fabulous places in New York. I probably won’t go back.

It's tucked away so not super busy right outside the hotel but close enough to a lot. Very difficult to get a taxi or Uber in the morning
