Every thing was excellent.

Clean room amazing staff and breakfast bang bang

Very small room. Old building that needs a lot of money to upgrade it. The staff changed our room from 2nd floor to a ground floor room due to a disability- so they were very helpful. There was free parking, a bar, restaurant ( continental breakfast) and plenty of original building features. The beds were clean and we had plenty of fresh towels. Good facilities for the price.

This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice experience. The Jacuzzi was also broken. It was my husband‘s birthday. I put that in the notes I also told staff and they didn’t even bother to wish him happy birthday.

This hotel was in a great location (a 10 - 15 minute walk along the beach to the Harbour Arm) and was a delight all round. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a real highlight.
