Heat didn’t work had to switch rooms. New room heat barely worked and was very loud. My room door was directly in front of the elevators. So all night long all you heard was people right outside my door.

Stayed here during the extreme cold in New York and it was a terrible experience. The room heater was not working at all. I went to reception multiple times, but the manager said she couldn’t do anything and showed no interest in helping. She told me someone would come fix it, but no one showed up for three days. Completely unacceptable, especially in this weather.

Hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance to theaters, Times Square, and other attractions. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and bathroom very clean. Staff was amazing from Front Desk to the Housekeeping ladies. Breakfast was great! Absolutely no complaints.

During my stay with the hotel we asked u a. Room with double bed and a sofa bed because we were my children, my husband and I 5 adults and when we arrived on January 29, 2025 they came out that there were no rooms and that they only had one double bed and it was horrible and uncomfortable to sleep 5 people in such a small place and they told me that they were going to refund me the money for that night and it was not like that yet the day we checked out they told me and I have been sending messages to the hotel and shipping and nothing
