A good solid, no frills hotel in a very good, central location in downtown NYC. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. The basics were covered. I would stay here again.

The AC wasn't working and requested to be moved and was told they needed to inspect it. I had to complain three times and the technician showed up the following day. Keep in mind this was in July during a heat wave. I was told they would credit me a night. But I never received anything.

It was overpriced for what it was. Could have stayed across the street at Holiday Inn Express and had the exact same experience. I was expecting a luxury stay and this was just OK.

Hotel was great. I loved the room and the big tv. The staff where all very nice also. The reviews about breakfast being really busy 8.30 to 9.30 are all extremely accurate. Go earlier if possible. That said has decent options for breakfast snd great coffee.
