Disappointing check-in and breakfast–mediocre room

They changed my room type at check-in, saying they didn't have anymore what I reserved. Not for a better one, but one with a smaller bed. For breakfast it seemed like a jail cafeteria, with lines and lines, all disposable plates and utensils, and fairly low quality food.

The room was tiny yet comfortable. The 4 elevators were old, slow and at one time only 1 was working, which was quite frustrating when on a time schedule.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and quiet. It’s a few minutes walk to the closest subway station, but it’s not too bad if you don’t have your luggage.
