Good hotel

Extremely Well placed for sightseeing the whole of New York. If you don’t mind walking you can access everything from Central Park to the south of the island on foot. Close to the Hudson River for the man made beaches, high line walk or the food hall in the piers.

My stays in Homewood suites was good ,what have to improve customer service. People who do the check in should take customer service classes do not welcome you to the hotel with the very uncomfortable annoying faces do not explain anything about hotel the people who work a the breakfast in the morning are more attentive to customers the breakfast is good the rest the rooms are well stays close to times square walk many sites to eat you have Madison square gardens 5 minutes close and train station nearby and good location

The absolute best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were all super helpful and kind! The room I stayed in had a king bed and a sofa bed, and while the bed was comfortable the sofa bed was unbearable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious as was the rest of the hotel! The hotel serves complimentary breakfast, coffee, and tea which is always a plus. They also give everyone free delivery on grubhub if you want to eat in! The only downside about the hotel is the location, there's barely any space to unload and load your luggage outside. However that's not on the hotel, that's just New York! Overall my stay here was a 9/10!

Great location, Great service, and clean rooms

Homewood Suites was very clean. The room were nice and there was not a long wait for elevators. They gave you $20 if you booked a suite for the suite shop which was a nice touch. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was provided and it was nice. The hotel was within walking distance of Time Square. I would stay here again.

Always great to be in the city and walking distance to musicals and plays. The rooms are small, so if you’re travelling in a large group be ready to squeeze in. Wish housekeeping was every day but it’s only every other day. Overall it’s a great option.

The breakfast was outstanding and loved to be able to get coffee/hot cocoa 24 hours a day! Clean, very quiet and didnt have to wait long for an elevator. I would definitely stay again!

Great staff. Need improvements

> My stay started off great—the staff was friendly, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room was only cleaned once during my stay, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and the shower door was barely hanging on. The biggest problem came on my second-to-last night when the heating system alarm went off in the middle of the night. The heater shut down, leaving the room cold. I reported it in the morning, but when I returned after a full day out, nothing had been fixed. I had to request assistance again, and a technician worked in my room for two hours, constantly coming in and out, making it impossible to rest. In the end, they moved me five floors down for my last night, but the heating didn’t work there either. Once again, I had to wait for it to be repaired. To add to the frustration, the new room also lacked shampoo and conditioner, had no blackout curtains (so I had to sleep with the building lights shining in), and didn’t have enough towels. I understand that the hotel was fully booked, and the staff was doing their best under pressure—they were always kind and professional. However, the maintenance and housekeeping issues really need improvement. I hope management takes this feedback into account because the hotel has great potential.

Excellent location, rooms and breakfast

Room and breakfast really complete. Workers were always ready to help.The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of gluten-free options. However, I think the cleaning service could improve a bit, as the towels were only changed twice during my stay, and there was no kitchen paper available.Other than that, everything was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

There is always daily cleaning services, and your coffee bar is replenished regularly. Breakfast is served with a variety of options. No one informed me at check-in, but it seems they also have a social event every day. The only drawback is that the rooms are small, but I suppose that’s typical for New York. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the lobby offers coffee, though it can be a bit crowded. Breakfast is also somewhat busy. Despite that, it was a very good stay for our family of five for seven nights with no issues.
