Room was clean and the fridge was a plus. Free breakfast was well stocked each morning. Only complaint was the coffee. Staff was great and Junior was excellent! We were able to check in at 10 a.m. after arriving on an early flight. So grateful for that! Convenient to many things. Wouod stay again.

Renovated rooms, very clean and modern, no issues whatsoever. Kitchenette was very useful. Free breakfast was pretty decent. It was extremely crowded because you know, the hotel is right in the midst of Midtown touristy whirlwind during Christmas time, but overall it was manageable. But what you get is a walking distance to the Hudson Yards/The Vessel/TheEdge, Times Square and Broadway which is great. The only downside was a folding sofa bed: it is more suitable for a kid/teenager than for an adult. You can definitely feel that foldable metal frame through that relatively thin mattress if you're an adult and it's squeaky too. But it's doable and you still can sleep on it, so it wasn't big deal. I would recommend this hotel and I would book it again.

The location was good, easy to get to close attractions, staff was great. Breakfast was great the room had a small kitchenette, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher The room was another story though. The king bed and chair with fold out bed basically took all but walking space. The fold out chair was just nasty, the mattress was obviously original to the building. Very uncomfortable. The towels weren’t ever fresh smelling, the pillows were so flat, even with 2, but only one for the foldout. the lighting was terrible. VERY DIM lighting. I had to get my phone flashlight out to see sometimes. Shower door wouldn’t close so water got all on the floor. I asked for more towels saying that we had water on the floor and had to call back the next morning to ask for it again! The comforter was thin and worn!
