Good location. Nice and clean. Pleasant and helpful staff although Receptionist was unclear whether Kent was in England (Lol). Directions to the hotel car park rather than the Conference Centre is not clear.

We've just had a long weekend at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate. We had a deluxe high level room which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All staff on reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety to choose from. The hotel was within 5 mins to the town centre, so very convenient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and the spaces were of a decent size, so no need to worry about having your car dented by the neighbouring car doors! All in all a lovely weekend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel doesn’t have curb appeal and the bedrooms are basic however the customer service from staff was outstanding from check in, the bar and restaurant staff. We would return as they made the stay very pleasant.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room had a lovely queen sized bed, but was provided with a double sized quilt (far too small for the bed) We asked for a replacement and were informed that they only provided doubles. Who decided this was a good idea? Breakfast was really busy with long queues for a table but the food was of good quality.

Room was comfortable, quiet and perfectly sized. The only improvement i could suggest would be to put a better shower fitment over the bath, though, i will point out the one in our standard room was sufficient for purpose. I will stay here again if in the area. Breakfast was fine and having the dar park underneath is a bonus as parking in Harrogate is scarce and expensivr, so your going to have to pay anyway.

Hotel is situated in great area near a lot of amenities restaurant and bars,Check in was good,room size great,down side is that we had two single beds,the duvet was very thin,wasn't very warm,had to sleep with two pillows to feel comfortable,had to queue for breakfast, i have never experienced this in any hotel, the staff looked overwhelmed and stressed, breakfast was ok,food choice was minimal,i would stay again to acess nearby restaurants and ease to go to York,would rate it 6/10
